Got a brown sugar iced latte and it was nasty burnt popcorn tasting. Shot was definitely not pulled right and they were not the most helpful when I asked what flavors they had

From the time that we arrived to the time we left the staff were very welcoming and professional. We have been several times and they always ask if we want a table at the window. Highly recommend.
We had a fantastic dining experience. Great food, service and a quiet and calming ambience, which allowed for great conversation.
The peppermint ice storm is so so yummy. I love getting it around the Christmas time. The line is usually long but they are pretty quick.

We waited for over an hour for our food. I ordered the burger well, specifically said, "no pink" and took a bite into it and it was very pink and honestly so gross.
We made a reservation an hour and a half before our event that night. After waiting 45 minutes without food, we let out server know that we had somewhere we needed to be. She brushed it off and said she couldn't do anything. We realized that it was a busy night, but everyone around us who came after us had received their food. We had to leave and never got our dinner that we were looking so forward to. I usually love the Nordstrom Grill but we were so sad and hungry that night.
Sadly, the most bland, tasteless drinks. Hot cocoa, more like hot water. Disappointing. Lemon loaf is good though.

Do not not not order the halibut fish and chips. Fish was dry dry dry. Coating on fish was bulletproof. Connor our server was excellent, but he could not fix the mess that came from the kitchen
Must try ☕️
Lavender Chai - Hot
One of the best flavors! Not too overpowering, but sweet and yum
Pomegranate cooler

From my wife and sister in law's: Our server was amazing!! Food was excellent, however we were disappointed we couldn't get a glass of wine or a cocktail. We were on a sister trip and were wanting to have a special “fun” lunch and that was an unpleasant surprise.

Both the Ginger Sesame & Cesar salads are very good. Top with shrimp or salmon and they are even better. Our server was polite and stopped by just often enough.
But if a hidden gem. We had a beautiful table with a view of the temple and the service was really exceptional.
Holy cow.
I was not expecting this to be this good.
Pros
Good food
Good service
Clean environment
Good water
Recommend ginger berry smash
The house French dip is divine.
Fluffy bread, juicy meat.
Fries are very salty but I like that.
View outside is pretty

Parking can be a pain because it’s in Nordstrom
Finding the restaurant is also a little difficult. It’s on the top floor of Nordstrom along the far wall.
Not a ton of seating so best to come during dull hours.
We came at 4pm and walked into a seat.

We often go to Nordstrom Cafe before the play because the food is good, service is excellent and prices are reasonable. Fortunately they accept reservations.
AJ was the barista that served my sister and I. He answered all of my questions without any hesitation and he was super kind. First timer, and I WILL be coming back. It was affordable, delicious, and very inviting. The space seemed busy but not over crowded.
