Sadly, the pandemic forced Pallet to close indefinitely. A loss to Salt Lake City's fine dining scene. With thanks for their welcoming warmth, wishing them well and hoping for a rebirth.

Very, very delicious food. The steak was fabulous, perfectly cooked. My wife had the scallops and as always they were perfect as well. Unfortunately it is closing due to the covid 19 pandemic.

This place is closed for good. However, their voice mail and open table allowed us to book. We got dropped off by a Lyft only to see the dark building. I feel terrible for the owners and employees but Opentable should have been on top of this. The restaurant had been closed for five days when we made our reservation.

It was so fresh. The bill was appropriate. I can see why they have so many good reviews.

Pallet is a beautiful restaurant tucked away on a quiet corner. From the time we arrived to the time we left we were well taken care of. Our service was great, and the food even better, each course we tried was better than the first. Love the local fare and keeping everything fresh!

Tough review due to great service, but limited menu and small pricy portions is why I’m going with three stars. First things first the service is exceptional. They are friendly and very attentive. The food is very tasty, but the menu is extremely limited and quite expensive for what you get. There were only four entree’s to choose from and one was a salad. I call restaurants like this art gallery dining. Great presentation, but small portion. The atmosphere is nice and if you like artsy food and “hip” places this is for you. Definitely a place for “foodies”.

Always fabulous. Good food, good drinks, good service. There's never been a restaurant that makes me so happy.

They have a limited menu right now that is very small, and it took a long time to get our appetizers and a very long time to get our main course. The food was okay, but not worth the wait.

I often meet people here to talk. Service is typically above par. This place has a great design.

We found this place on yelp. There is parking all along the front of the restaurant. They were very accommodating to getting us in early. The decor is absolutely beautiful and very romantic. I love how the lights are dim. The servers were very attentive. The food was great and everything was beautiful. Overall 5 star I would definitely recommend this place to all my friends and family.

This restaurant is honestly amazing. I went there on a Friday night, and it was one of the best dinners I’ve had. The food is elegant, flavorful and made to perfection. Our waitress, Katie, was wonderful and made the dinner that much better. She was knowledgeable on the menu items as well with drinks. The cocktails were remarkable. The whole staff was extremely hospitable. Highly recommend, I cannot wait to come back.

It was so savory. Next time I'll be back with my friends. The prices are good for what you get. Wish it was closer to my house, I would come every week.

I mean it's not New York or San Francisco, so don't expect high culinary art. That said, it actually exceeded our expectations. The menu is really small, but all three dishes we tried -the scallops, truffle fries, and trout tacos, were very well executed. Drinks were tasty and there's a well-chosen wine menu. We passed on dessert because there is literally only one dessert and it didn't appeal (did I mention the small menu?), but no big loss because we had a flight to catch. Service was friendly and efficient, except for the mix-up where they charged us for drinks we didn't order. I think that was an honest mistake, but good thing I noticed.

Pallet!!! Been here a half dozen times and every time has been a GREAT experience. Food is fresh and thoughtfully prepared. Staff is kind and professional. Wine list is fun and has some amazing options by the glass. The food at pallet is expensive because everything is sourced fresh and and takes time to prepare. If you prefer something cheap, please take your group of 10 to wingers. You can get out of there for under a hundred bucks. If you want an amazing dining experience and willing to pay for quality please Visit pallet. You get what you pay for. Especially in a time as difficult as COVID, where pallet has been forced to shut down for several months. Let us be kind and generous and support our local business. Amazing job Pallet.
