The girl making my plate at the front with the red hair streaks was very rude and unprofessional. I asked what is the side that comes with the plate she told me the rice that I got all I wanted was an eggroll. I still ended up getting eggroll after I went all the way to the register and had to ask three times for an eggroll overall Terrible customer service and the rice wasn’t cooked all the way and the steak was super chewy, but yeah, give it a zero hour. I normally do like panda but this panda sucks and the employee are rude

Horrible experience! Last night had a long layover in the airport. Figured I’d get some Panda Express. Got the Honey Walnut shrimp and took one bite and something seemed off, very fishy and cold. Took one more bite and I wound up spitting it out. Been nonstop diarrhea and vomiting for the last 20 hours after my stop there. Never again!! Cook your food!!!

After a terrible burger at shake shack, I come to Panda Express. The rice was uncooked, hundreds of grains were rock hard had to throw it out. How do you not cook rice!?!?🤣 I’m not one to complain and have them remake it but I brought the uncooked rice to the workers attention they didn’t seem to care. Won’t be coming back that’s forsure

Worst Panda Express I have ever had, extremely sweet and salty.
Service was quick and efficient. Portion size was good. The greens tasted old. The teriyaki chicken and orange chicken both tasted soft. Like they are cooked safely but barely. Sad day for a Panda fan

I have 2 complaints. First, I ordered a small drink and was given a large cup filled half way.... dumb. Second, they never have green bean chicken here. Not my fault they don't have small cups. Besides, if you dump a small cup into a large cup it's nearly the same. Cup sizes are designed to favor the vendor.

They work the opposite of the speed at which they should be working this location given that this is serving at the airport. Hope the management reads this message and fixes this. We were in line with just 3 people in front of us for 1 hour in the line.
