The cream chicken wild rice soup is very delicious. The service is fast.

Absolutely trashy service. At an airport! they have one person taking order and filling order. Super slow. No respect for anyone's time.

Not the highest quality of food, but decent for the price. Not high priced like other airport food. I had the breakfast croissant and it was a bit overcooked, but had good flavor and was filling. All ordering is digital, so the only interaction you get with the employees is when they hand you your food. Service is slow, but probably due to high demand. They have a nice dining area though.

Great spot for a quick tasty breakfast preflight. Prices were reasonable (Salt Lake City airport has lower prices than most other airports). Had the Asiago bagel sausage and egg sandwich, and it was fresh and good.

Check out my photo of their avocado toast.

I used to visit Panera in Portland but this is not the same quality.

Message to manager: Please try harder.

Not much to say other than airport food. This was the jslepejo grilled cheese. Bread wasn’t even toasted and cheese not melted. I wouldn’t recommend this item. Overpriced.

Very friendly staffs. I wasn’t expected to see the Panera bread in SLC.

I ordered the Greek salad, and paid extra to have chicken (for protein) to it. I got to my terminal and discovered they didn’t add chicken, but my salad was missing several ingredients that make it a Greek salad. It was basically a garden salad with lettuce, tomato’s and some veggies but no feta and no olives. I would have done better and saved time and money just getting the pre-maid one off the front. The customer service was not good either. My bag was sitting at the window for some time while the ladies looked at me waiting and talked back and forth. I was the only one waiting so it’s not like they were busy with lots of customers. Typically I love Panera. But if at the SLC airport again, I will choose another place to get my food.

Just ordered ONE Fiesta Chicken sandwich, and it took 20 minutes. The order seemed like staying on the tracking display forever.
