Order large combo pizza. Small pieces of toppings not so fresh, overall taste of baked pizza kind of stale including the crust. It's like all the toppings came out of a jar, can, were in cold storage long enough to lose their flavor.

Ordered online.. they said about 65 minutes.. got our food in about 30 minutes.. and our pizza and cheese bread are still so hot and fresh.. it burned my mouth!! Thank you!! Just wish we got napkins, plates, Parmesan and red pepper flakes. ?

We have used this Papa John’s for several years and it’s been OK. Last night was by far the worst experience. I normally go in and pick up the pizza and I should’ve done that last night, delivery took an hour and a half and they were missing part of our order when I called the store they were not helpful and even hung up on me. I had to call back this morning to try and get the credit back to me on my credit card for missing part of the order. We will not be using them again.

General manager made pizza wrong twice. Told me she would give me a credit for a free pizza. Called to order pizza and no credit just more lies.
I called in an order and they accepted and charged me confirmed my order phone number address and all the details. The thing they forgot to confirm was when they cancelled my order and refunded my money without notifying me. The employee confirmed 35-40 mins for delivery. After waiting an hour I called no answer. I checked my bank and noticed they had refunded my purchase. My family was hungry and since it’s already late we ended up not eating. We had just gotten here from the airport and this was beyond inconsiderate. A phone call or text to let me know they didn’t want to deliver my order, I would have had time to order from somewhere else. I’ll be calling tomorrow to make an official complaint because that’s something you just don’t do to someone. If it’s close to closing or you just couldn’t fulfill my order it would have been very easy to just tell me that from the get go. We just got into town don’t have a rental car until tomorrow and since we wasted an hour waiting for an order that was never coming everything closed. Terrible service, terrible people, I hope they go to sleep hungry as we did.

I will never order from any papa John’s again. I’m assuming there’s been some huge corporate change where stores are more using an overseas call center to take orders, and effing DOORDASH to deliver. My pizza sat for 30 minutes waiting for doordash to pick it up. It was beyond cold by the time it got to me. What a horrific business decision.

The larger woman working night shift was quite rude, she tried to give us a cold pizza that was already on the shelf, saying it was ours when we had ordered a three meat. the pizza attempted to be given to us was pepperoni. We left and did not pay her/him. Wouldn't recommend coming here after 10-11,
