I had to pee so bad I went to the women's restaurant in this Papa John's and it was so disgusting I thought I was going to throw up it made me not even want my pizza.

Pizza was as expected ..always same fresh and nicely cooked. I eat pizza once in a while..once in couple of month but when want to eat it's always Papa Jones.

I ordered directly from the store to avoid delivery fees with door dash, but that was a mistake. I waited an hour for my food and then finally decided to call the store. An employee answered, told me they were short staffed, and said a driver should be to us in 10 minutes. After almost another 30 minutes the driver finally showed up, missing an item we had ordered. I had my fiance call the store this time because I knew she would me more patient than I and I didn’t want to take my frustration out on an employee. She tells the manager that we were missing our item, at which point the manager says they can just void and refund us the item. She tells her we want our food, the manager tells her she will send a driver and then hangs up on her.
Overall a very poor experience. I am fully expecting a full refund, and next time I will just order through DoorDash.

This was a strange situation. The guy at the front counter did not have a uniform on and he was to busy organizing boxes to help. Afyer 5 minutes an employee from the back finally asked if I needed help.
I was only picking up an online order. Very bad service

After being assured over the phone that Papa John's would be making the delivery, the papa tracker said Doordash would be picking up the order. The pizza was dry and wings were cold and barely sauced, making them pretty terrible... The blue cheese had separated so bad that it was inedible. Disappointing to see so many companies fall short on quality. Definitely not worth what I paid. Called to communicate the issue and it was left to ring like they just didn't want to answer. I can't imagine they're actually that busy on a Wednesday.

Placed a delivery order for a pizza. Showed approximately 40 minutes for wait time which is fine. An hour and a half later I decided to call to check the progress since the website wasn't updating anything. Get put on hold for over 20 minutes (no one ever got back to me). Pizza arrives almost two hours later. Pizza dough is completely raw. Rude and unprofessional will never order from this location again.

Pizza ordered for a lunch Christmas Eve day party for pickup at 11:40. Guess what NO ORDER UNDER MY NAME! talked to manager Jodi and was promised the pizza ordered a 2nd time would be done by 12:30. It is now 1:00 and we're STILL WAITING for completion and pickup! I am NEVER going to use this location again. Multiple excuses by manager.
