The look of the restaurant is welcoming and aesthetically pleasing. The embossed stones on the walls are lovely. The all you can eat set up is well appointed you are able to access anything you need, including western style utensils and rice. The tables are nice, and there is lots of seating to accommodate different size parties. Both times that I have been to Happy Lamb HotPot I it enjoyed the experience and food very much. Golden Cabbage broth was the most flavorful but super spicy for me so I had to change it out. Ended up with the Original and Tomato broth (half/half option) which were ok.Place is very nice.Vegetarian options: Most of the broth is made with beef and chicken bone marrow but I believe the Tomato broth is not. This place is sooooooo good. The service is always friendly, they are always coming around to see if you want more broth or meat, and every single thing in their food bar is delicious. It's almost annoying how good the fries are, because you don't go to hot pot for french fries, but even those are solid. I love coming here after a long run or a day of skiing.
