The food was great, the service was excellent, the only bad thing is the parking situation.

Excellent. Very impressed. We got the pappardelle, chicken parm, and New York steak and all were excellent.
Update: this is our third time here and my husband decided to try something new. He ordered chicken piccata and asked for the side to be pasta, and it ended up being spaghetti with marinara. We were surprised since we would never pair piccata with marinara (and expected it to be plain pasta or some sort of lemon or cream and were not asked about sauce) and do not enjoy marinara so asked for it it be replaced with any sort of cream or lemon pasta. We ended up being charged an extra $5 even though we did not touch the original pasta. Frustrating for a $100 meal and I don’t think we will be back.

The food was amazing, after traveling to Italy it was hard find an actual Italian restaurant. We found it. Everything is hand made in their kitchen, plan on staying there for over 2 hours. Desserts are amazing, so save room for that.
Parking: There wasn’t a lot of parking but along side the street there is plenty.

Food was ok, I didn't pay attention to the bill. Realized I tipped ON TOP of their automatic service fee when you have group of 11. It'sy own fault. The server was
right beside me when I added the extra tip. It would have been nice to have been reminded I was already leaving a tip

I stopped by this restaurant to try their carbonara and WOW it was perfecto. I liked the ambient atmosphere as well. So I returned a week later for dinner with my wife this time. She was delighted to the point where she wanted to try everything else on the menu as the restaurant patrons were (like us), all enjoying their food and the excellent service.
I kept forgetting to take pictures of the food, so this time I did.
The Arancini Fried rice, mozzarella, peas and bolognese.
Carbonara
Chicken Marsala was excellent.
Every visit has shown consistently if not better.

I have a single issue. The wait time for our server to take our order was a bit long HOWEVER when I say it was worth the wait I wholeheartedly mean it. He was still an awesome server and provided us with a wonderful dining experience, and the food. Good lord the food was nothing short of phenomenal. Definitely my favorite Italian place in all of Utah and will be coming back

I took myself here for dinner one night last week and I sat at the bar. They quickly give you two types of house-made bread, which is to die for! Definitely dip it in the olive oil, roasted garlic, and balsamic vinegar that they serve with it. I drew while I munched on the bread and waited for my food. I ordered the chicken special for the evening which was perfectly breaded and had a cream sauce with artichoke hearts in it, YUM! I ordered a glass of wine and for dessert, I did their hazelnut gelato. William was my server and he did such a great job. I didn't feel neglected for a second. It was such a pleasant evening and the staff were all chatting with me as they did their side work. I can't wait to go back!

I've been here multiple times and today I can only give it an average rating.
On the plus side, the food has always been served hot. The restrooms are clean. The staff is friendly but there seems to be great turnaround and it seems understaffed.
And now the downsides...
The atmosphere is not good. The booths are uncomfortable. It seems chaotic. The seafood and probably other dishes are average, at best. The seafood will be hit or miss. Last time the scallops, shrimp, and especially the calamari were overcooked. Reservation requests seem to never be noticed. Language barriers are real. I've been served caffeinated coffee that should have been decaf. If you speak Spanish you'll likely be better off.
I'm not sure why, but something seems to have changed.
