Pho Bien Hoa - Taylorsville

Great food

Food and service were great. Herb-y broth was delicious. I do wish they added more meat in my house special pho. I feel like I have had more generous helpings of meat in my pho at other restaurants. There was barely any tripe in mine.

My biggest complaint is that their air-conditioning was out when I got there and then their lights went out for the while I was dining and never came back on while I was there dining. We were all so hot and sweaty. If that continues to be the case, I feel like the proper action to take would be to close down indoor dining until it's fixed and just offer carry out. It's way too hot to be dining in a stuffy restaurant eating a steaming bowl of pho.

Didn’t even get to order, 1 girl working up front and 1 other diner waiting to pay. In the whole place. Waited 30 minutes with no water. Went to see where she was and she’s on her phone the whole time at the bar. We left hungry taking our business elsewhere. God forbid she gets 2 diners total in the restaurant ready to order then the whole place would fall apart if it hasn’t already.

Whatever you do dont order online for any of this place pho orders. I ordered extra large for the 3rd times now still getting regular size with no sauces and no spoons

Hurts me to give this low rating. I was very disappointed with this dining experience, all the way from the food to the service. The food took very long to come out with no updates provided as to why. Unfortunately, the food was not worth the wait. The pho lacked a lot of flavor, bun riey was too sweet, chicken curry was sooo thin. The only good thing was the chicken salad (goi ga). Viet food is my favorite but I will not be coming back.

I've been going to Pho Bien Hoa for decades and they used to be amazing, but the last few times I've gone the broth has been bland and flavorless.

I'm not sure if there has been a change in management or the recipe, but I probably won't be going back. I'm really disappointed and I'll miss going there.

We where celebrating my daughters birthday, next time we will choose another restaurant. Bad customer service, we didn’t get what we order, food was cold, greasy with no flavor. We ask for drink refills, utensils and appetizer plates many times with no luck. They weren’t too busy to offer this awful service. On top of all after all their mistakes they charge 20% for their bad service.
I don’t recommend this place at all. Next time I want to get Pho I will go to the best one in town

Apart from awesome service food was amazing. If you always hungry like me just ask Nghi for some delicious Oxtail you won't be disappointed. Very peaceful as well.
