I had the chicken and waffles. The texture of the chicken was very good, with a delightful crunch. Unfortunately it was very bland. If this was intended to be one of their best dishes then I worry this place doesn't live up to the hype.
Food was ok, quality has definitely decreased on some of the items. The Nashville hot chicken sandwich used to come with hand cut fries and now they are served with frozen crinkle cut fries. The really unfortunate part though, is that they tack on an 18% “hospitality charge” when you dine in. All they do is bring your food and drinks, they don’t come to check on you and you need to get back in line if you want to get a refill on a drink that doesn’t come with any. I don’t...

Like that it's counter service.
Don't love the forced 18% "service fee" (tip), that's not getting rid of tipping. Restaurants should pay their workers a fair wage and charge what they need to be profitable, not sneak in a tip.
