I always enjoy visiting the point. I find the atmosphere comforting, despite being in a hospital. The food is great quality, simple, and affordable.

Asian salad was good. The salmon that was added was a bit dry.

Beautiful views and good food (for a hospital). It could obviously be a little more seasoned but hospital food isn’t known for its seasoning for a reason. I prefer going here over the main hospital because of it’s made-to-order food, instead of burgers that have been under a heat lamp. Plus the fries are yummy :)

It's a bit of a maze to find it and the elevator system is super odd. Shut down all but a few elevators but tell everyone to keep wearing masks... restaurant is really good once you find it. Really spacious good view of salt lake and the area. If your at the Hospital and have a bit to find it I recommend checking it out.

I think this place is awesome, great food even though the people serving dont meet their expectations, which is a rediculous comment

I’ve been coming here for years he’ll not even worth eating anymore and Wayover priced I’ll skip coming here again. Service in management has also gone downhill. One of my kids favorite obsess to get ice cream but yet they close at one on weekends and three the rest of the week makes no sense, that’s OK spend my money better somewhere else

Should note this is located in a research institute attached to Huntsman Cancer Hospital (HCH) - 6th floor and great views if minimal pollution/clouds. Food is excellent and VERY reasonably priced - also a Starbucks adjacent (FYI).Jon M Huntsman had an excellent mindset - when cancer is ultimately cured and there's no need for a cancer hospital he wanted to turn HCH into a Ritz Carlton type of hotel; The Point Restaurant could easily achieve this standard (I have eaten in many a hospital cafeteria and I was taken aback by the quality of food and location/views/etc). Obviously many patrons of this restaurant are there as patients or caregivers so it is a little somber and sobering to keep in mind.

The staff is very friendly and willing to make sure that the food is done the way you would like it, and if there is anything that you need like condiments that may not be out or things of that sort as long as they have them they are willing to get them for you. The food is great I've tried seven or eight options so far and I've not been disappointed once.

Best view possibly in the state. You can see more than 180 degrees. Incredible view of the valley. I like the food and service too. Check this place out if you are at Huntsman Cancer Hospital.

For a wonderfully unique dinning experience, great range of food both domestic and international offerings, prepared by some of the best chefs in the State of Utah.A spectacular view of the beautiful Salt Lake Valley.A favorite Lunch Spot for Medical Providers, Staff, and Faculty, Patients and Family's.Very reasonably priced!

Normally a great place for a quick bite not what you would expect to find at a hospital. Was inpatient five days and never went hungry and it's great for a snack between appointments. Very friendly staff and nice view of the Wasatch. Fairly large selection of soft drinks, and salads. Only downside is the Starbucks coffee is served luke warm after 10AM and it can get confusing to order when busy.

This place used to be fabulous. The wonderful view is obscured by cluttered stacked chairs - right in "the point". Food is edible with a limited menu. If you're at Huntsman and are pretty hungry, it's better to go there than not. In the old days, we'd drive across town to have a great lunch there. Now I wouldn't walk across the street to eat there.

Views for days. Nice staff. The food left much to be desired (got the Pork Verde Burrito) - very fatty cuts of pork really detracted from the dining experience. Maybe other choices are better.
