Publik Space was the perfect event space for our concert. They were easy to work with, the ambiance was incredible, and the location was easy to access. Looking forward to future performances there!
$23 for 12 oz of beans that are mid. If you’re looking for a roaster, look elsewhere. If you’re looking for a pleasant vibe, they got it, but they are sloooow.

Attended a crazy wedding, and the support staff did a great job accounting for about 200 guests

Pros: decent tea selection, good coffee selection, drinks in glass/ceramic mugs, they offer resteeps for tea, large seating with upstairs and great natural lighting (so many smaller rooms), food menu offers gluten free! Avocado toast is big! Friendly staff brightens up your day!
Cons: gluten free bread is okay— too dense, tables aren’t wiped down atleast upstairs, wish they offered tea pots so I didn’t have to take my little mug downstairs for resteep ( but that’s me being picky)
Overall would come back, my cat likes the view of people watching.

SLC evangelicals’ (NOT LDS) favorite coffee shop for real. I come here often at pretty random times of the week and every time I’m here, without fail, I notice 2-3 other individuals or meetings of Christians, often talking about ministry, or even just living life and remote working or studying. It’s rare to find Christians in the wild among a city of mostly Mormons and ex-Mormons, but for some reason I guess the millennial hipster vibes of this Publik location really speak to this group ?
Great place for fun creative pastries, and delicious browned butter caramel latte. It is busy, but there’s plenty of seating inside.

Great coffee, but poor customer service with employees who seemingly don’t notice they make people wait aimlessness. Service can be painfully slow, especially on weekends because the person who takes your order is also tasked with making food and coffee. It doesn’t seem like they know how to move through lines effectively, nor really care that people wait 10 minutes for a cup of coffee.

One of the best small roasters in the state! Great coffee and small bites. The space is great to meet with friends and to work quietly on your headphones. It is pretty loud at times so not great for meetings for work.

Pretty ok coffee here, the ambiance is pretty standard to what you would expect from this type of coffee shop. My last visit here was not a great experience. I ordered a latte and an avo toast. It's pretty quick and easy stuff. They weren't particularly busy at all when I was there. I waited 30 minutes for my avo toast and went up to ask about it, they told me it would be right out. 20 minutes later, I still didn't have it, and they were still not busy. The employees looked like they couldn't be bothered, and I was about to be late for an appointment, so I left. I called them just an hour or so later and explained the situation, just asking if I could come in for the avo toast they owed me at a later time. The person on the phone shamed me and said that they probably made the toast and had to throw it away. It does not take an hour to make avocado toast when you're not even busy. It was a horrible customer service experience, and I haven't been back. I don't think I was being unreasonable. However, this place is hip and trendy enough that it probably won't fail. The food and coffee is nothing spectacular, but also not terrible and the atmosphere is all aesthetically pleasing, so I'm sure my review doesn't matter, but I just feel I really had to share this experience and put it out there. It was the most expensive avo toast I never got.
