Publik is the GOAT of all coffee houses in Utah. How do I know, I am the GOAT of drinking coffee, and I visit many coffee houses every week. There are other very good coffee houses, but Publik is the one you strive to be like if you are in the coffee business!

Huge building and space (nice for atmosphere) but in such a gargantuan coffee shop they don’t even have a blender! Also drinks are expensivvve and not that great. Baristas are nice, pastries always LOOK good, and they have a nice bulletin board for local events. Acoustics are crazy

We rented out the right side of the bottom floor of the venue for a formal dance and it was amazing! I was getting compliments left, right, and center about how beautiful the location was. Our event manager, Camille, was super helpful and very easy to work with. 100% recommend if you are thinking about using their space!

My most favorite expresso and coffee in SLC! My drinks are always consistently delicious, so much so that I wish they had 24oz lol! The food is decent to snack on and the vibes are great for studying or working. The only area I’d say that they lack in is customer service. Maybe 1-2 of their baristas greet you with a smile or “hello”, but the others usually just seem really sad or say nothing to you at all:/ It only makes me think they are unhappy with their job which I hope isn’t the case and pray they are paid fairly for their work! ??

It’s really a bummer because their cold brew is some of the best I’ve had, but the place is so inefficient. I stood on line for 30+ minutes waiting to order while the same person taking orders was grinding people’s beans and making drinks while half the other employees just stood around chatting. There were at least 20 people on line behind me wrapped half way around the shop and no one seemed at all concerned with helping speed things up.

It's cozy and actually warm ?. This spot draws a more millennial crowd. The music was mellow and soft, it made me feel like I was having breakfast at a French pastry shop. Plenty of seating (they have an upstairs) and a good amount of outlets. Wifi works great.

Nice place, parking sucks horribly, but that doesn't take from the atmosphere. Just be aware, parking can be a challenge.Coffee is great, food is great, atmosphere is great, just a cool place to hang out and get a drink.

One suggestion is add felt under the chairs because the sound when people slide their chairs is so loud and disruptive when it scrapes across the concrete. Other than that annoyance it’s a cute place. Can’t believe the owners haven’t figured this out yet! ??‍♂️

Stunning space the people are so sweet but food order system needs work, names aren’t called clearly and anyone can take a plate that’s not theirs if you have enough confidence.
