noodle lovers would definitely agree
Best Ramen in Utah so far! I am here at least every two weeks getting a bowl of the Niku :). Only recommendation, create a rewards system for the regulars.
Really mid. I was excited to go to this ramen place, come to find out it’s a stupid cupbop (stupid name by the way).
The noodles weren’t fully cooked and so there was a giant chunk were just stuck together. The flavor was okay, but not really anything special compared to actual ramen places.
Hope you like cupbop because that’s basically all this place is now. Glad my vegetarian friend couldn’t come because the ramen menu is like 3 options...read full review

Ramen 930 offers a variety of ramen dishes, including the Ramen Niku with a creamy, fatty broth and tender chashu meat. The portions are generous for the price, and customers often praise the flavorful, tender pork that has a pulled pork-like consistency. The broth is well-balanced, not too salty or smoky, and the noodles are delicious and egg-based. Many appreciate the friendly staff who work quickly to serve orders, with some reviews noting that they received their ramen within just a few minutes of ordering. The restaurant features a new, open, and spacious downtown location facing the street, which is a big improvement from their previous Lehi spot. The owner, Drew, is often present to greet customers and personally take orders, adding a friendly touch to the experience. The broth takes 24 hours to prepare, showing the dedication to quality, and staff members often share their love for their work. Customers describe the atmosphere as chill and urban, with a self-service machine simplifying the dining process. Overall, Ramen 930 delivers high-quality, flavorful ramen in a timely and friendly environment, making it a favorite among ramen lovers.
