Wasnt gonna post but since they dont wanna answer my calls. Never had a problem until now. Just barely left them 15min ago just to get to work and find this shit in my plate. So disgusting and disappointed. 🙄 🤮

I am writing to share feedback regarding recent experiences at your restaurant. Unfortunately, I have noticed a significant decline in food quality; the taste has changed, and the fries are occasionally served undercooked. Additionally, prices have increased while portion sizes and ingredients have decreased. I have also found staff to be increasingly restrictive with sauces.
More concerningly, I witnessed an employee sitting on the grill with their shoes on while cleaning the wall. This is a serious health and safety concern that I believe requires immediate attention and better oversight to meet sanitary standards.
I hope you will take these comments into consideration to improve the quality and hygiene of your establishment.
