I really love the food here, but I expressed to them my allergies to guacamole, and they still decided to put it in my burrito. I called back to see if they were able to make me a burrito without the guacamole which they had no problem doing but they were pretty upset about having to remake it. They also remade it with less rice and beans after I paid extra for it.
After reading the reviews, it seems like the customer service is really bad at this location and now I can beleive it.

Best quick service Mexican food in Utah! I go here anytime I can. The flavors are amazing and it’s a step above anywhere else. Portions are huge! I always have leftovers and prices are great.

I've always had a wonderful breakfast burrito here--loaded with bacon. Pepsi fountain drinks and Mexican juices that are delicious. Burritos are huge. This is usually my first stop when I leave the airport. Just keep going down Redwood Road after Rancherito and it puts you back on the freeway to head up Parleys. Service is always smiling.

It's not the first time I've bought food. They have the menu price, and when I paid, they charged me extra and didn't tell me I had to accept the charge. That's a real scam.

This was my second time at this location and I was very hesitant to go again only because the first time was a terrible experience, the salsas were sour and had like they had expired. I wanted to give it a second chance but was disappointed. The food was pretty good and fresh but the customer service was trash. Right as you pull up to the drive-thru window you can feel the attitude. I was charged 20.93 for some fries with no meat add shrimp, plus they took it upon themselves to add a $2.50 tip later on that day. I have called to ask them why they did that “they answer and hang up the phone”. Please Rancherito teach your cashiers RESPECT and WORK ETHICS.

I love that there are places in the Salt Lake valley that you can get good quality mexican food at decent prices at 2am. Whether your headed home from a bar or just can't sleep and are craving street tacos and guacamole, or even a monster burrito, they do not disappoint.

I ordered a to go plate of grilled chicken chimichangas that came with rice, refried beans, sour cream, and some salad. The food was amazing, but what really astonished me was the size of the chimichangas that was the biggest I’ve ever seen in my life. The rice and beans were also served in very large portions. When I picked up the order, it weighed almost 15 pounds.The price was only $12.99 plus tax.

Visited this location last night and was disappointed. The lady taking the drive through orders spoke zero English. I wanted cheese in my burrito but was going to be charged $8 for it (just the cheese add on… so $20 total)? I ended up getting a chicken burrito. That burrito was filled with…. NOTHING BUT CHICKEN. Listen, I’m a fan of double chicken but not an entire log of it wrapped in a tortilla?! Why would you not make a burrito with other items in it and make it that way if someone specifically asked for it? The chicken was good but went home, ate half, and going to make rice and beans to put in it. I likely won’t be back…
