Rancherito's Mexican Food

Food is good but not the problem, workers give you dirty looks and giving an attitude wanting to create a whole problem one of the cashiers name Diana was one of the rudest, she charged me for a drink I clearly told her to remove and change to a medium, she charged me for both and didn’t even dare to try and refund, she kept looking at one of the friends and she kept giving us dirty looks and saying things to her friend, dirty restaurant and disgusting people.

Angel is awesome and he has always gone above and beyond and deserves recognition. Best customer service from him by a long shot. I have always had great food from here but he makes it so authentic there is no other fast food Mexican food that is better because of him. It is not even fast food. It's like you sat down and had your order exactly like you wanted within minutes. I love this location more than any other

I got a carne asada burrito and the meat was super salty and the food was not good the tortilla not cooked all the way and you will always get sick from your stomach do not come here !

They closed way earlier then closing time and on the sign outside it says open 24 hours but on the app it says closes at 2. Worst service ever here

I got the California burrito and I smothered it in their green sauce and it is by far the best burrito. I've had in a long time from a fast food place. It's got real shredded cheese on it. It's loaded with fresh fried potatoes. It's got cilantro on it all the Pico de Gallo fixings. Yeah, it's good stuff highly recommend it !!!!!

Horrible customer service!! Bought two kids meals and one of them my daughter was eating when she notices some tiny clear bugs in her food ! Had to throw away and called rancheritos and all they said was if i can take picture or bring food back ? Really mad because it was 12:30 am and all we wanted was a decent food for them to pull up with there bs ! Horrible customer service !! Would not recommend this location . 20 bucks down the drain for nothing and at the end my daughter wasnt able to eat her food

I asked for extra shrimp last night and they charged me 3 dollars extra and my burrito didnt have any shrimp in it. They have done this multiple times. Also they cook food on countertops. This place is gross im not ever going to this location again.

I ordered a super nacho with no chips . And extra red and green sauce . I only got 1 of each and they thought I said extra cheese . I told her it was ok but then she was kinda rude to me

Waiting over 10 minutes for a delivery order. Workers eating something in the back room. If today wasn't a terrible day on doordash I would cancel my order.

Ordered two breakfast burritos, one with no flour tortilla and sub with corn tortillas. It even states it on my receipt, and instead I got whatever they wanted to make, which I won’t even know because I can’t eat it. Super disappointed they didn’t even bother to read the order and had no problem stapling the order to the bag with clear instructions.

We’ve been going there since they took over the building from Skippers Fish and Chips. Tonight we ordered a carnitas torta, chips and guacamole, a single chile rellano, a hard carne asada taco and drinks. They were quick, the service was great, the food was just as we expected it, the seating was clean and plentiful. We will go back.
