SERVICE: Great customer service and friendly staff.FOOD: Tastes great and had good flavor, my wife enjoyed the chips that came with her meal.RESTROOMS: Clean and it actually smelled good. It’s good when these areas are cleaned.
We arrived at red robin me and my little boy.. Host took about 1 minute 30 seconds to greet us. She took us back to a table both tables on either side of us were dirty and being cleaned by buss boy. Server took 3 minutes 20 seconds to talk to us and ask for our drinks. It took him 2 minutes 10 seconds to get our drinks. Then asked if we were ready to order. We gave him our order and it took 11 minutes 42 seconds to get our food. Our food looked good and well presented. Our total...
This isn't a franchised Red Robin but they still honored my birthday burger which was really nice. There was just something off with the French fries like they were too crisp or something but they still tasted great! The food is never disappointing here and we had a great meal. Service was great and we were happy they honored our coupons
