Red Robin is a good goto for a burger. Not so much for the service or other extras. In our hour in the restaurant, the 3 tables near us remained covered with the previous diners remains. Less than clean, in my opinion. The restaurant was not overly busy. Our food was prompt.

Got seated pretty quickly and the food was good, that’s about all the good i can say about this experience. Immediately was sitting for a long period of time without being served even as little as getting our drink orders. Waiting incredibly long for a single basket of “bottomless” fries. Me and my husband finished our burgers (as you may know are pretty big so you could imagine how long that took) just to be sitting there waiting even longer to get a second basket of fries which we didn’t even get asked if we wanted, by this time people around us had been served at least 2-3 baskets each and all we got was a receipt and asked if we wanted a to go box. It felt very uncomfortable and felt like we weren’t wanted there and wanted to rush us out the door when more people kept getting baskets and we got not so much as a glance and a look that seemed like it said “why are you still here?” All around an awful experience and i’ve never felt this way about a restaurant in my entire life.

Madlove burger was back and so was I. it was a Wednesday night, the lobby was pretty full. Our wait was twice as long as they said it's be for 2 of us.

This location is right next door to their franchising company, Sizzling Platter, and it shows! They're always on their A-game. Even on busy nights, the service is fast.
Kid-friendliness: The fries are great for the kids. The server was really nice and took the kids order first. I didn't feel like I shouldn't have my kids there. It is a great place to take the whole family

Food was served in a timely manner and hot! Service was very good and respectful and prompt. The steak fries were great! The fish and chips were surprisingly good.
We needed food on our way to the airport and my buddy liked his food, it was his 1st time, I have a red robin near home and my daughter likes it.Dietary restrictions: Gluten free buns, I like the reds tavern double.

Service was very unwelcoming our order was all wrong took the server too long to greet the table and got orders wrong. he never checked up on us. The person in charge was never seen even after we complained.Bad
We love the clucks and fries and the impossible burger! We've had Landon as our server a few times, and it's been excellent service every time.
