Delish ice cream and friendly service but the long wait for waffle cones is silly, could be easily mitigated with a second waffle maker.
The GOAT (Creamy goat cheese base with homemade blackberry lemon jam and rosemary roasted almonds) is one of my favorite ice cream flavors I've tried to date! Absolutely living up to its name, this unique offering is packed with a wonderful blend of flavors I never would have thought went together so well! I will totally have some shipped home to share with the other ice-cream enthusiasts in my life. 10/10 nothin' less.
Great ice cream! Wonderful staff. Must have in Salt Lake City!
Friendly staff and great ice cream. The salted caramel is perhaps the best I've ever had. Wish they had a standalone dark chocolate option to pair with it.
Amazing Ice Cream! One thing I've learned, you can't name a place after a certain Rockwell figure and not have good food. Nobody would dare risk that man haunting them for serving bad food under his name. That said, I had one of the June Specials, Black Forest Cake. Not super sweet thanks to the dark chocolate, but the jam and chocolate cake balance it out very well. ❤️
Yo chill on the salt in the Salted Caramel. Tried it with a spoonful. Thought I could do it. Turns out I couldn’t. Cool venue tho.
Pretty good. Not too rich. They have an insanely cheap catering service posted. Would be awesome for a wedding.
We went to this place its nice, we ended up getting Rockwell Road, Milk Chocolate and Cookie Dough, but we found it to be extremely and overly sweet! May be just preference but we couldn't finish any of it.
Stopped by Rockwell Ice Cream while in Salt Lake City and absolutely loved it. The Honeycomb flavor lived up to the hype with its crunchy house-made honeycomb candy, and The G.O.A.T. was incredible -creamy goat cheese ice cream with blackberry-lemon jam and rosemary almonds that somehow all work perfectly together. The Honeycomb is one of their signature flavors, while The G.O.A.T. is an award-winning favorite for good reason.
Definitely coming back whenever I’m in town. If you’re visiting SLC, this place is worth a stop.
Creamy texture and very flavorful. I had the milk chocolate and the kiddo had the S’mores. We both left happy and satisfied. Friendly staff to boot.

Very rich flavors, friendly staff.
One of the top tier ice cream places. They have unique flavors with quality ingredients.
Insanely good. Super creamy and perfectly textured ice cream. Cookie was excellent, and the graham cracker sauce was incredible. The ice cream I got was brown butter pecan and biscoff. My wife also got 2 scoops of brown butter pecan with a waffle cone.
Such friendly staff and great vibe. Everybody working was super helpful and very approachable. We got some samples and recommendations.
