No Receipt, very hard to contact for a receipt. Sent a receipt to my phone but did not include tip on it. Ordering on app there was no way to make request, there is no service coming back to check on the entree. Bad setup for full service restaurant. would no visit again. hopefully I can get a receipt for the amount I was charged
Wasn't offered water or allowed a drink order. Waited 10 to 15 mins. Was asked to order on app and told I could pay in cash. Had to pay with card on QR code. No explanation or service
The food at roosters brewing was OK. Just like everywhere else in the airport. It feels overpriced. The atmosphere was nice. It was great to be able to just sit down and relax while eating. Our server was fantastic.

Our waiter Ryan was so personable and helpful. He made our experience very pleasant and enjoyable. It’s so refreshing to be served by wait staff that take pride in the work they do. Ryan was so professional yet friendly. We felt very welcome and were able to relax in the busy atmosphere of the Salt Lake City airport.

I just had an odd experience all the way around in my visit to Roosters. I was getting a burger in a to-go order when passing through the airport on a layover. The waitress started out the interaction by ranting about low tips she was getting that night, even walking away in the middle of my order to show a co-worker someone else's tips and speaking in a relatively loud voice about the tips. Throughout my brief stay, she frequently was saying numbers - which I could recognize was the total order dollar amount and then note the dollar amount she was getting in tips. Clearly she expected a certain percentage. I was lucky enough to keep my involvement with this to a minimum. After getting the food, the burger looked decent. However, I ordered a Gorgonzola burger. You would typically expect a pretty strong flavor for a burger like this, but for only one bite could I taste any Gorgonzola - one of the last bites. Otherwise it was a decent, very plain burger. I also opted to get coleslaw as a side, instead of fries. The coleslaw given was a tiny amount, maybe 4 mouthfuls (on the generous side). Also, I don't think it was coleslaw at all, it tasted like plain, dry cabbage with no sauce. Overall, not impressed. Hopefully it was just an off day for Roosters.

Food is decent and cheaper than other venues . Beer is governed by state Mormon laws which is interesting but not consumer friendly . For example Budweiser is the strongest beer they can serve legally on draft - great for Bud , bad for brewpubs :(

Our server Nicholas was amazing! Very fun and personal. Makes sitting in an airport very relaxing and a little less stressful.

This restaurant is located right in front of where you pass through security. We've always walked right by this area of the airport to our gate. Since we had plenty of time today, we tried Roosters. The food was more than solid. The views of the airplanes and seating arrangement felt like we were sitting in one of the airline clubs. This was a great spot to kill an hour and a half before our flight. With United not having a club at the SLC airport yet, we'll definitely be returning to Roosters!

We found a table to sit at and it took Emily 15-20 minutes to wait on us. I had to ask the bartender if we could get some help. Frustrating when you only have so much time to eat at the airport.

Quick stop in the SLC airport. The burger was good and the service was friendly. What else do you need for a quick airport burger. Easily located in the middle of the terminal.

Great food and great service! I had the Cobb salad for lunch and it was excellent. The dressing included was similar to an avocado lime ranch and was delicious. Everyone else in my party enjoyed their meals as well; service was quick and friendly. Highly recommended!

Even 1 star for the food is generous. Chicken fingers tasted like Wendy’s nuggets. Barely warm dry. They have a lot of nerve charging $13 for them. French fries were tasteless and also barely warm.
