Ruby River Steakhouse offers good food, with tender and perfectly cooked steak and delicious soup. The atmosphere is lively, but staff are friendly and attentive. Some dishes, such as the double-battered French fries, may have room for improvement. However, the prime rib is a standout, with large portions of au jus and creamy mashed potatoes. The rib eye is also juicy and satisfying, making it a great value for the price.
