Stepping into Ruby River on a bustling Saturday evening is an experience in itself. The restaurant has managed to strike a perfect and difficult balance, feeling both refreshingly new and deeply rooted in the classic character of a beloved steakhouse. Steaks here have always been amazing. My father and I would come here often years ago, the steaks still don't disappoint.

Not sure if they changed anything but the bread wasn't so good on my last visit. Wildly crumbly and hard to cut. Far from the darker bread at longhorn steakhouse
