I came here for tires. No one would help me. I have up and left. I waited scanned their we code and nothing. The best part was they said that they were too busy. Several employees were wandering around me not assisting anyone. Terrible service and no one cares.

I wish that I can leave 0 star for this store. This store is the worst Sam's club that I've ever been. The management team treat customers badly. Definitely not recommended this club to anyone out there. Long story short, I had item that need to return which I purchased from my old account and they didn't let me return with a reason they can't find my old account/ the receipt on the system at first. So I searched my email and pulled out the list purchase history that Sam's club back office sent me before they switched me over to the new account, on the history list of purchase has showed the day, name and price of my item which I want to return and they still gave me a hard time and told me that is not a receipt which was unbelievable. They made things so hard up to the point I had called Sam's customer support to ask for help right in front of the management team and the issue was solved in few seconds right after that. This was not the first time that I had faced the issue with the assistance manager / manager at this club. If the club wasn't close to my area then I wouldn't come back to face the bad experience like this. Since I had faced bad experiences twice at this Salt Lake's club, I shall not return back to this store anytime from now on. If I need to go to Sam's club in the further than I rather drive couple extra miles to the south so I can get the better experience of shopping instead.

No carts self serv, baskets only. 1 casher to wait on 15 carts. Girl at door is very unfriendly. Sams going down hill.

This place is a joke. It's always understaffed, it makes you feel bad for the one employee that works there that day.

Worst Sam's club I've ever been to. Everything is over priced. There were about 4 employees in the entire building on a busy Saturday and there were lines everywhere. The line for food hasn't moved in 20 minutes because they couldn't give some lady her change for 1 CHURRO. I offered to pay with my card to get the line moving but the employee had already put the transaction through. Line has 20+ people in it and hasn't moved an inch

I got a membership when I moved and I usually go to Costco. When I go it's just me and my baby so it's challenging at times. Last time I went and I checked out no one asked me if I wanted help. No one helped me put everything back in my cart and I was trying to do it all while having my baby in a carrier. It was extremely frustrating. The one nice thing about same club that I am very appreciative of is the fact that I can scan and pay on my phone to avoid all of that. I recommend sams just for that reason.

I really like the salt lake Sam's club. everybody is so friendly, I love short ribs and it's one of the very few places that I can go and they are cut to perfection. I love that the quality of the meat is the same as what harmons is and of course I would know that since I worked there for 8 years lol, but the meat department especially in this location is one of the best ones I've seen so far!!!

The customer service here is top notch! Workers are so friendly and quick to help customers. I wanted a specific size of something and the workers were able to get it for me in seconds. There are lots of unique products that you cannot find anywhere else. It is a great store!

Sam's is the place to be if you hate the Costco crowd and want an alternative place to quickly grab a few things and get out. Competitive gas price and self-checkout keeps us coming back. Their food court is also okay and the staff is generally helpful. We're not paying for the membership and are using our family's so there's nothing for us to lose but everything to gain.

Great store! I love the man that works at the food counter. He is friendly kind and fast. It makes me smile! He should be recognized for his hard work!

Quick stop here with Mom's Sam's card to fill up the rental car before taking it back to the airport. The station is easy to access and it's covered. It's probably the cheapest gas in the area according to gasbuddy, but you do have to be a Sam's member first.

Most people know that less than 5% of all customers actually take the time to follow up on bad customer service. That being said, I have been to that point Many times with this Pharmacist, but this time, after her getting the Store Manager involved(who has NO authority over the pharmacy and actually accused me of "falsifying" my ID renewal), offering up the numbers to DOPL(?), and two numbers for the Office of Civil Rights(?), the Store Manager...Finally...had her give me her supervisor's number. After reaching him the second time, He had the nerve to suggest that I was interrupting his "family time" and that I should just make a copy and return(!?). Even so, I thanked him for his time. Perhaps this is why she is continually lacking in any sort of customer service when resolving problems and perhaps both should consider other job opportunities that have nothing to do with serving people. When you consider the lengths that pharmacies go to in order to insure we trust our Pharmacists like our Doctors(such as millions in advertising and wearing white lab coats), you'd think they would also take the time to make sure they were also people oriented! In addition, with the increased promotions in getting people to use their phones with coupons, proof of insurance, Payments(!) and the like, you'd think they would then Accept it, which she refused to do, suggesting that I had "doctored" it somehow and she "couldn't see it." The "proof" in question was my ID renewal, complete with State letterhead and logo, date and time of renewal, price paid and current expiration date(!). I expect to hear back from a regional supervisor with a response and will contact the company directly until satisfied that the problem has been corrected. There is No Excuse for bad customer service and a lack of Professionalism...especially from Supervisors and Pharmacists.
