I wish that I can leave 0 star for this store. This store is the worst Sam's club that I've ever been. The management team treat customers badly. Definitely not recommended this club to anyone out there. Long story short, I had item that need to return which I purchased from my old account and they didn't let me return with a reason they can't find my old account/ the receipt on the system at first. Worst Sam's club I've ever been to. Everything is over priced. There were about 4 employees in the entire building on a busy Saturday and there were lines everywhere. The line for food hasn't moved in 20 minutes because they couldn't give some lady her change for 1 CHURRO. I offered to pay with my card to get the line moving but the employee had already put the transaction through. Line has 20+ people in it and hasn't moved an inch

I came here for tires. No one would help me. I have up and left. I waited scanned their we code and nothing. The best part was they said that they were too busy. Several employees were wandering around me not assisting anyone. Terrible service and no one cares.
