I can't recall the last time I have had a coffee from here or if ever..... I do wish this side of the airport had a Starbucks but I am not that heart broken over it. But I had fast service and my latte was tasty.

Wow, the blonde, young cashier sure does not like to be at work. What a joke! Poor customer service, she wouldn't even talk...then got my drink wrong and acted like it was my fault. Time to change jobs if your that unhappy.

Absolutely the worst service ever!! The barista, Samantha, was so busy vying for the attention of an airport work, she completely missed on the two items I ordered and then didn't correct her mistake until I asked three times. Too bad there are not more offerings early in the morning. Other had similar experience. Her workmate, Jonte, has an attitude with all the customers while her words are appropriate, the non-verbals reek of disdain.

Rudest service ever.... this new girl with glasses that works usually mornings at Terminal 1 location is the worst, looks like she hate her job and shouldn't work there. Awful with awful attitude towards customers.

Excellent coffee, only thing keeping my review from being 5 is the lack of beautiful customer service. The barista was nowhere to be found when I came up, had to be called from the back by a worker next door. When he came up, he did not apologize for the wait. Be made my drink immediately and then called it out by drink type (I was right there and the only guest, how about a "your drink is ready miss" at least). Not one smile or thanks for your business. Drink was delicious as stated, this barista was just not having a good service day.

I had a flight from Honolulu to Salt Lake and I got there like at 7am! I was super tired and I was dying for a cup of tea! Also, I didn't want to spend so much money on those bloody expensive restaurants! I noticed Seattle's Best Coffee and ordered tea and bagel! Two women were working there and they were super nice and friendly. She toasted my bagel and I also refilled my tea for free. It was a really good experience.

Occasionally you'll have an employee show up for work in a "not so good mood", what are the chances of two in the same shift? Apparently very high at this location! My wife and I just experienced two of the most unpleasant workers at this store. Zero skills in hospitality. After working through the order of our coffee, my wife and I decided to add pastries. In the same unpleasant voice used during my coffee, one of the clerks asked if I wanted mine heated? I replied "yes." My wife and I pay, take our orders to our terminal and prepare to consume. First bite into my wife pastry- A HAIR STRING! I followed by sticking a fork into my warmed pastry only to find out that warmed in Utah means "not frozen." Literally the pea an roll was room temperature of the airport in DECEMBER! Live and learn....never again. Better off paying triple price at the retail market for packaged goods.

I sometimes stop at the location on my way into the airport to avoid any lines at the locations closer to the gates. Generally the only people at this spot in the morning are the airline attendants and pilots. Service here is relatively quick and friendly. If things are slow at this counter, there may not be someone immediately available as they also seem to support the Boar's Head counter next to this location.
