they somehow messed up both the order they heard and the food i was supposed to get according to that messed up order

For airport food I guess this was good I mean the chicken was good but the avocado did not taste as fresh it tasted like it was a couple weeks old, I wouldn’t come back by choice but for an airport this food is ok. The service is nice but hearing them made me tired.

This is pretty gross guys. Do better. We should not be having to pull your workers hairs out of our mouth. Side note; our order was prepared but not brought to the counter until they realized they forgot to bring it over, about 15 minutes longer than it should have. That’s not a big deal, but the hair is pretty gross.

This is not the place to get food if you've got a plane to catch

Fries were cold & hard like they had been sitting under a heat lamp.
Milk shake was runny, like it had been sitting for a bit.
Burger tasted like cardboard like it was reheated...
Use to be a great place to eat-shameful

Can’t go there anymore, they’ve lost my order multiple times and have to find food elsewhere to be on time for flight.

Convenient location on a layover. Food met expectations and was thrilled with that because I was starving. The Chick’n Shack is a crowd pleaser. The atmosphere is dinged because it’s in a food court. Not much they can do about that so it’s not their fault. Service was fine.

Was told they would call my order out and they never did. I waited ten minutes for fries because I assumed the cashier would call my name out…maybe they need more help at this location

I got a single smokeshack and it was smaller than I expected for the price of $10 USD. It was very busy and took a while for my burger to be ready, but the workers seem to be very efficient.

It was a little cold and I got a stomach ache after I ate it. :/

The worst avocado bacon burger that I've ever eaten. The bottom half of the bun was missing. The burger was cold and swimming in some kind of mayo.
