There are always problems. This time they wouldn't give me sausage. Other times the shakes have clearly been kept in a freezer for a long time. The burgers and fries are good.
I had a bacon avocado chicken sandwich with fries with strawberry lemonade .. They were so fresh and yummy ..

FOOD POISONING
The burger was delicious, but I was throwing up and throwing down with a fever for almost a whole day after eating it. It was extremely painful and a pretty terrible day.
Good beef, service and atmosphere, just not worth the price. Will probably return to try a shake at some point.
Ordered the Shack Burger (loved the shack sauce), the Chicken Shack and Fries! The food was either really really good or I was really hungry! Either way we enjoyed the food. The service was amazing! Eric took our order and he was very friendly with each and every customer! The line was super long but the wait time wasn’t! The prices weren’t even high which is rare in airports! Bravo Shake Shack!!

For airport food I guess this was good I mean the chicken was good but the avocado did not taste as fresh it tasted like it was a couple weeks old, I wouldn’t come back by choice but for an airport this food is ok. The service is nice but hearing them made me tired.

This is pretty gross guys. Do better. We should not be having to pull your workers hairs out of our mouth. Side note; our order was prepared but not brought to the counter until they realized they forgot to bring it over, about 15 minutes longer than it should have. That’s not a big deal, but the hair is pretty gross.

Fries were cold & hard like they had been sitting under a heat lamp.
Milk shake was runny, like it had been sitting for a bit.
Burger tasted like cardboard like it was reheated...
