Shrimp Shak Food Truck

This was my first time here and OMG the fish was the best I have EVER had! My husband had the shrimp and loved it! Can't wait to eat here again. Highly recommend the Shrimp Shak

This place may be a simple food truck, taking orders and then letting you have a seat in your car until your food is ready, but once you dig in, everything is exploding with fresh flavors of catfish, prime jumbo sea shrimp, and some fresh Cajun seasoned fries to tie it together with the usual seafood condiments. Everything here tasted amazing and there were no regrets once digging in.

Excellent quality. The breading is my favorite of all the fish trucks we have. I like them all, but if all three were there, I would walk up to this truck and order fish and a side of shrimp.

This food truck has tasty shrimp & fries! Other items are also delicious! Plus the owner is very friendly. I highly recommend visiting this food truck.

Some of the best fish and chips I’ve had inland. Batter is great, fries seasoned with old bay, loved it! Crab cakes and shrimp were also top notch. Check it out!

So good. If you see them, stop and order while you can! The crab cakes are incredible, same with the fish and chips/shrimp. Seriously, it’s one of the best seafood finds in Utah.

Tried the calamari and it had no flavor. It was quite bland and had a very frozen flavor but the sauce was good. It wasn't marinara but it was fine.

I did not expect to like their food so much.. but crab cakes were delicious!

I was driving along the road and saw this food truck sitting and running with no customer. But I was hungry and Fish n chips sounded good. After waiting for it all to cook. I was truly amazed! The flaky batter and fish were cooked perfectly and the addition of fry’s finished off this dish. I walked away stuffed and I still have fry’s!I’d definitely stop again if I see this food truck. 4/5 due to no garbage, napkins, or utensils

Save your money. The crab cakes should be labeled "stuffing cakes" as there is hardly any detectable crab. The fish was bland, so was the shrimp. The sauces were good. Even the fries weren't good.
