Apparently, food allergies aren't taken seriously here.
Went tonight and asked to have my wrap made with no bell peppers since it's a severe allergy. Person behind the counter said that was fine and it was even listed on the ticket; however, when I got home they had made the order with bell peppers regardless. Sadly, this isn't the first time this has happened. Been trying to call back to get a refund but it's just been ringing constantly and no one answers
