First barista told me they didn't have the beverage I asked to order. Second person came on the drive thru intercom and said they did have it, so I went ahead and ordered it. Tried to order a food item. It was sold out. Got just the drink. Drove up to the window and saw there was a sale on holiday beans. Asked the barista if it included Thanksgiving Blend. Had to go to this one when my normal one wasn't available. One coffee was correct. The other had 0 syrup in it. Same mobile order I placed every day. Won't return to this location.

Just wanted to say the people at the drive-thru window were very nice ... (That matters, today) ... And my croissant was good, and my beverage [a cold brew] was made perfect! I was able to park, do some business on my tablet and enjoy. ?
