GLACIALLY SLOW! Used to walk in to order drip coffee but switched to online ordering because the staff can often take minutes to pour a drip coffee (which is absurd). For My most recent online ordering, it took them 16 minutes to pour my drip coffee when the store was generally empty. PICK UP THE PACE PEOPLE, you’re serving busy working professionals here… I don’t have time to spend 20min inside your location!!

The food was mid. Had a ham and Swiss croissant that was smashed flat after being warmed up. Tasted alright but was so expensive. Asked for vanilla in one of our drinks and it got missed. I went up to ask if they could quickly add some vanilla and got a lot of attitude and some disgruntled body behavior. The cafe itself is kinda dark and cozy but the seating is kind of uncomfortable. Doesn’t seem the cleanest but in all fairness it could be worse. The drinks tasted okay to alright. The employees seemed like they didn’t even want to be there. Probably wouldn’t come back.

Wouldn’t let me get a cup of ice water , and doesn’t have the option to let me buy one either and was told to buy an overpriced water bottle. I should be able to get or buy a cup of ice water… and not be rudely told “there’s water bottles over there!” I used to be a regular, but I will not be returning back anytime soon.
