Wouldn’t let me get a cup of ice water , and doesn’t have the option to let me buy one either and was told to buy an overpriced water bottle. I should be able to get or buy a cup of ice water… and not be rudely told “there’s water bottles over there!” I used to be a regular, but I will not be returning back anytime soon.

This was probably the messiest Starbucks I’ve ever visited. The chairs and the tables were arranged in a way that made it hard to even sit at a table without bumping into another person that was waiting for their order. Wouldn’t recommend this place to work at all for the same reason, and also because it can get kinda loud. The place itself didn’t seem super clean, especially on the tables. There was even a weird smell at the table I sat. I love Starbucks but wouldn’t recommend this specific location

The worst of all Starbucks. No matter how much in advance you order via app, you’ll end up spending an additional 15 mins at the store because they completely disregard your order. Happened to 4 times in a row where they reconfirm your order onsite and act like they’re noticing for the very first time. Terrible terrible terrible service

This Starbucks location in the heart of downtown Salt Lake City is a gem! I stopped by late morning and had a great experience. The staff were friendly and efficient, and the store itself had a cozy, split-level design with large windows that let in tons of natural light – perfect for people-watching or just relaxing with your drink.
I ordered the new Vt Summer Berry Lemonade Refresher and a Venti Iced Hazelnut Oatmilk Shaken Espresso with two pumps of brown sugar syrup (decaf). Both drinks were delicious and refreshing – the lemonade especially stood out with its vibrant colors and fun berry inclusions, perfect for a warm day.
The service was quick, and my drinks were ready within minutes. The store was clean, the atmosphere inviting, and the location couldn’t be better – right in the middle of the action with great city views through the windows.
Total came to $15.97, including tax and tip – worth every penny for the quality and ambiance. Definitely recommend stopping here if you’re downtown and need a caffeine fix or just a chill spot to hang out.

My drink was made with foam that filled one-third of a venti sized cup, and the dark haired barista said in a very condescending manner said “where would you like me to put it” when I had asked it to be replaced with oatmilk. Never again at this location, and I had contacted Starbucks corporate to report this incident and location.
