My first visit! I got the basic vegetable kimbap to go, and as a Korean, I was so happy with how authentic and delicious it tasted. The owners were incredibly kind and welcoming—when they found out it was my first time, they even gave me a free yogurt drink! It was such a heartwarming moment that really reminded me of Korean hospitality. I can’t wait to come back soon!
So, when I saw the Stun Cube name, I assumed it was a fast casual type of restaurant. That couldn't be further from the truth. The food makes me feel like I've gone back to Seoul and having my favorite comfort food at my grandmother's house. The Wons (owners and chef) are wonderful people and they very much care about your experience... it's readily apparent in the food and their attentiveness. I will certainly be taking my family there when in Salt Lake...
