I consistently order a menu item that is offered at this location with one modification and have never once gotten the proper sandwich. My boyfriend in the same order gets a great sandwich but this location had never given me a HotShot Italiano the way it’s described on the menu no matter how many times I come back.

Does Subway have stolen my money. Flat out stolen my money. Accidentally chose the store on the app and immediately called because it says on the app if there's a mistake or to cancel contact the store. Well we called for 50 minutes on three different phones and they never answered. So therefore I wasn't able to cancel my order I had to place an order where I was and they owe me the money. But it seems #Subway doesn't care one way or another cuz we also got in contact with them as well and have heard nothing back. If the only way you're going to have on your app to cancel an order or change it or anything is contact the store but they don't answer for 50 straight minutes and then we tried a few calls later that night and today we tried about a dozen times then it's set up to just steal your money. I never came and picked up my sandwich they just stole my money.**Update** Finally! Someone answered the phone! Interestingly enough He knew exactly the order and the name on the order before my husband was able to say a word other than we want to talk to your manager about getting our money back. Moises, was trying his absolute best with a language barrier to help us. Which during this situation was nice. But it doesn't change the situation that no one would answer the phone yesterday other than to pick it up and hang it up. That is unacceptable behavior. Supposedly, we will get our money back tomorrow morning when the manager comes in. Trust I will update this tomorrow. Also it's still doesn't change the frustration and the fact that it took over 24 hours for someone to answer the phone, oddly knew exactly what we were talking about and give us some kind of it will be solved tomorrow info. So I guess we will see tomorrow...

I went in for lunch and got a sandwich with olives. Half way in I bit down on something hard that turned out to be an olive pit. Chipped my back molar. The store hasn't even reached out to me about my incident report.
