I had stopped going to Subway a long time ago. But I went back to this location a couple weeks ago and was extremely surprised. The quality has taken a giant leap forward. Really! It was so good, I have been back a few more times. The prices are higher. But the sandwiches are really tasty.There is a lady named Gabby. Each time she is on deck, this place runs really smooth. They should give her a raise and get some more people. This place could double the business as they get past the old reputation.

This location is one of the best. I don’t live in the area but any time I am near by I come here. The staff works so well together. The store was clean and organized and the veggies were fresh and everything looked great! Honestly one of the few locations I still go to cuz I know it’s going to be worth the money.

Severely disappointed with the service we just received at this location. I have been going to this location for almost a year pretty consistently and I've never had such poor quality. We went in about 10 minutes ago so at about 12:10 PM on Sunday, August 6 the worker who greeted us was a taller boy with dirty blonde hair, and seemed extremely high or under the influence of some substance. He kept staring at us and giving us weird looks, was extremely slow to understand what we were saying, and overall just seemed a bit off. The entire experience was extremely uncomfortable. I'm not sure why he kept staring at us. He wasn't very nice and the food quality on top of that? Was absolutely terrible. The bread was soggy I noticed some of the vegetables had started to go bad. The cucumbers had translucent sections showing that they were spoiling and I got a mushy and brown bell pepper and one of the bites of my sandwich. I've seen this kid before at this location and just like this time that we saw him the previous interaction he looked extremely high and was extremely out of it with whoever he was working with at that time. I'm only writing this review because I am so disappointed in the quality (lack thereof)that has become pretty normal at this location unfortunately.

Never order delivery. You might get order and you might not. They contract Doordash to do their delivering. If it goes wrong, you are simply out of luck. It is ran thru Subway account and can not be accessed. So no available means of correcting thru Doordash. Doordash driver walked out of door, threw food on ground by Subway's main entrance, marked it "Delivered" and collected his money and tip paid by me to Subway. Then had the nerve to send a pic of it. {Pic attached}Staff on site stated that "I could probably go to the company website and find something there maybe about getting my money returned". When asked what they were going to do about it, statement was "If you still want the order. you will have to come into shop and we can probably remake it." No answer was given when asked where was the refund for monies taken by Subway for services not provided.Went to corp website and filled out complaint and again asked where was refund for failed delivery. Area Manager sends email requesting the information about order. {Pic attached} This is amazing, since she could not have contacted me without reading the complaint which contained all the info she requested. Info resent. That's it. No further contact. Even the most basic customer service training for store staff would have been enough to prevent issues. Returning the money taken by Subway for delivery would have prevent issues. But I guess when the manager and the area manager don't care enough to give even basic customer service, why would the staff care.To many sandwich shops options to risk your money with this one.

Great customer service,friendly, proficient, fast, clean... they were very friendly and fast and made exactly what I wanted and made sure we had great communication even knowing I'm deaf and made sure to make the slight accommodations to look at me and allParking: Plenty of parking and side street parking though no shared parking all will be in sun but there is plenty of parking

It's been a long time since I visited a Subway. So I was a little surprised when my favorite go to Roast beef sandwich had much less meat on it. I even asked the sandwich preparer if there should be more meat on the foot long sandwich. Poor little roast beef pieces didn't even get to the ends of the bread. So great sandwich in the middle! Veggies only on the ends!

I'm forced to write this review on Yelp due to Subway's very own feedback site not functioning. I've tried multiple devices and browsers.Dear Franchise owner, management, corporate, or whoever decides how much people make working for Subway,Placed an online order today for pickup. Came to pick it up with a line of 4 people waiting to order sandwiches, and the person in the front ordered 10 sandwiches themselves. Of course, I had to wait a decent amount of time as one person can't possibly be expected to handle this traffic.You had one of the hardest work employees running the entire restaurant by herself, she was absolutely incredible. I'm pretty sure the other employee was on lunch as they came back and assisted a bit of the way through her working as hard as she could to make this unrealistic quantity of sandwiches in a timely matter.Give her a goddamn raise and hire more help. I hope to Christ she's making a good amount of money for how hard you are working her. Fucking ridiculous.I'm talking about the Latina woman you had working the day shift on 3/31/2023 at 3:45. Again, she was absolutely incredible and handled the terrible situation YOU put her in with grace, speed, and a smile.Store 3896-0
