Amazing service! They are welcoming and happy to make recommendations and share their knowledge with their products and process. They went the extra mile to make sure that the two bottles I bought as a graduation gift, were packed well. BTW - my son LOVED the gift and looks forward to cracking them open.
We had the pleasure of visiting Sugar House Distillery while on vacation. It has an industrial store-front first impression, but as soon as you walk through the front door and see the attractive lobby area and working warehouse in view, you feel the energy of the place. Steve welcomed us into the warehouse. With copper kettles in the background, he gave us an education (with passion and enthusiasm) on the process and art of creating their brand. Man, oh man, they make some great whiskey! Their Rye is really unique, unlike any other rye I've had in a very good way. There is a sweet, fruitiness on the back end, almost a hint of apricot that is just wild. My wife LOVES rye and just adored this stuff.
