If using a card, be sure you check your transaction history after you visit!! I got one drink and was charged an additional $22 a few minutes after I left. I’m not sure if the staff is adding gratuity for themselves or something, but I had to go back to the location in order to sort it out, and the staff wasn’t helpful at all (tbd if I even get refunded).

This place allows you to order ahead for pick up but there’s no actual pick up window. You wait in line with the rest. Then when you finally get up front the people inside the container have an attitude and will only look straight ahead and not directly at you. Completely bizarre and unpleasant experience. Great drinks though.

First time guest and never going back. No one was in line when we got up to the menu. There was nowhere to place our order. We sat there for a good minute, then went to the window. Very poor service and attitudes from the 5 people and 1 girl looked directly at my mom and ignored us when she called into the window to try to get their attention. One guy came around a corner and had a friendly attudie and took our order. I wish I got his name! My mom's Alpine Avalanche blended drink was practically water they gave her boba straw for something that could have been better with a regular straw. But my Texas Tab was delcious. All in all, I don't see what the big deal is for this place.

In town from Alabama and had to see what the hype was about. I was highly disappointed. They were out of ice but located in the parking lot with a convenient store selling ice. The staff was rude and drinks were not worth the money. There’s this little thing called “adapt and overcome.”

They did a terrible job on our order. My friend and I both ordered the new water drink, Autumn Blush (separate orders), we substituted for sf raspberry and sf mango instead of the mango puree, and they forgot to add the apple, and forgot the vanilla cream on my friends drink! Do better Swig, we paid almost $5 for these 24 oz water drinks!

My friend and I are from out of town and had seen Swig all over social media and were excited to try it out. A girl came out and took our order, and I had told her it was our first time here. We were asking her for recommendations and while she was nice, she wasn’t super enthusiastic or helpful, she just said everything was good. The tablet prompted me with a tip, but I shouldn’t have bothered because when I pulled up to the window, the girl giving us our drinks didn’t greet me, look at me, or talk to me once. She handed me both drinks, and didn’t even tell us which one was which. It’s unfortunate because while I can figure out which drink is which, and I don’t need someone to talk to me, I just wish people were nicer here. We’ve been here for only 2 days and have seen terrible customer service across the board. Not sure where people’s manners went, and it makes it worse because this girl was close to our age or a little bit younger. Save your money or go to a different stand! ??

Check your drink!
We love Swig, so this is only about this specific location. Staff is great to interact with. But this is the fourth time we've gotten a Fresca-based drink and it's like the syrup flavor is out or not hooked up. One time it was just the carbonated water, no flavor... We try and stay in the habit of tasting the drink before leaving, but sometimes you forget and going back in a long line to get your drink fixed... Since it's become a consistent problem at this location we're just going to hit the other locations instead.
Hasn't happened with colas in our experience, so it may just be the Fresca dispenser is broke or something. But with so many other soda shops available, it's just not worth the hassle. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
TL;DR, check your drink before leaving.
