Swig has the worst customer service of any chain I’ve ever encountered. I bought a tumbler on Black Friday as a Xmas present and it broke 2 days after opening it. I contacted customer service and sent pics and they are SO SLOW and now say it is too late for a refund even though I contacted them within 30 days of purchase. It is a poorly-made tumbler and was a waste of $30. I was a loyal customer and now I will go to one of the many other soda shops in the area.
