Ordered ahead and waited in line for over 20 minutes just for them to give me the wrong order 😠the line was way too long and slow to go back through. Ordered 2 drinks and both were wrong.
Edit: updated to 5 stars for the quick response! We got our replacement drinks today and they were 10 out of 10.

We just had the BEST experience at swig on 2330 E 3300 S. We showed up with a group of 5 Swig virgins full of questions. The young gentleman with glasses helping us order was FANTASTIC. He had only been working there for a few weeks but answered our questions quickly and was very cheerful and an absolute joy to chat with. He brightened our day and seemed to really enjoy his job. 1000/10 job to that man and to Swig for hiring him. The drinks are good too.

I find it very disrespectful how little consideration is given to the work of independent delivery workers. I had to wait over 40 minutes for a single drink because it wasn’t ready when I arrived. As a delivery worker, no one pays me for my time or gas, yet I’m forced to complete the job — otherwise, I risk getting a bad rating or not getting paid at all.
This system unfairly affects the person who is actually doing the work and trying to provide good service. On top of that, the staff at the store were rude and unprofessional, which only made the situation worse. Other businesses have proper systems in place to support delivery workers — this store should do the same. We deserve basic respect, fair treatment, and efficiency so we can do our jobs properly.

They messed up my drink and i had to wait in the long drive through again to get it fixed. Instead of giving me the drink made right, they took mine back and added stuff. Very frustrating there was no apology or compensation for waiting another 15 minutes.

Usually delicious! Although very slow! Went to another soda shop up the street and didn’t wait more than 1 minute. Here, we were in line for about 10 minutes.

Swig has amazing staff who are a real pick-me-up. Great drinks and rewards program. I think mine was actually free this time. Fewer calories than a milkshake and just as satisfying.

First time visiting this establishment from East Coast. They were out of Dr. Pepper and pineapple. All of our five drinks required one or both. Had to pick something else. Not that impressed.

I absolutely love swig! And I don’t usually write reviews however I have gone to this location on more times than I can count where the flavor has been out in the soda and you don’t realize until you’re driving away. Like I said I love swig but this has just been a little bit annoying and it’s only been this location for some reason.
