I go here often and usually I don’t have a problem, but this is absolutely ridiculous, there is barely any sauce or tomatoes, and I asked for sour cream on it and they didn’t even put that.

We came to Taco Bell in South Salt Lake to get food for my Husband, His Mom and Me, but we tried to do a mobile order and accidentally picked the wrong store!! They would NOT DO ANYTHING To try and help us Change stores!! Then we finally just came in BUT out $80 until our order finally gets canceled!! So we ordered inside and it took SOOOO LONG For anyone to come to the front!! Finally they helped the man in front of us, THEN gave the people that ordered long after us their order while WE still waited!! It was a joke!!

They can't even get your order correct. Chipotle sauce on a cheesy gordita crunch? Giving a completely different item than what was ordered. It's not that hard to read a screen and make a taco, but apparently for this location it is. Find better workers

I ordered $40 of beefy 5 layers that were $4.50 a piece. And two cheesy bean and rice burritos. The cheesy bean and rice burrito for bigger than the beefy five layers. Being that they're 1/3 the cost I would expect the opposite. I've never been as disappointed with Taco Bell as I was when I went there to this location on 3300 South and main Street in Salt lake. I bought the food to take to my guys who where working hard. All three of them said they were still hungry after they were done with the food. One of them even said that the normal beefy five layers are as big as all three of them together that he ate. If I would have had time I would have taken back the ones that I had that had not been eaten yet and asked for a refund. Not only was the food not up to par but the app wasn't working so I had to pay with my credit card when my guys all gave me cash to buy the food. It would be nice if they put a kiosk in the store that you can pay at the kiosk with cash. Just a heads up to you Taco Bell corporate people. Hint hint 😉😉

Every single time we order from this Taco Bell the soda tastes flat and gross. They always forget something you name it they forgot it. Napkins, a straw, the cheese for your chips, a whole taco. It’s just a disappointment every time I order.
