Im from Canada and everytime i travel, I try to get some BBQ. I've tried many places all around the Country and Salt City BBQ is by far the best BBQ in Utah. We had the lean and fatty brisket, OMG, the fatty had sooooo much flavor and the lean did not disappoint either. The turkey had an amazing smokey flavor and so tender.
