Taste of Louisiana Reviews
I was starting to wither away due to the lack of seasoning here in Ut. Then my husband brought me here. Tastes like home 🥹
Great food! Like absolutely amazing!!!! The owners (and daughter whom I had the pleasure of speaking with) are absolute GEMS! I’ve had the opportunity to experience both the food truck and the restaurant in the food hall. Their Daughter, I don’t want to misspell her name was such a sweet and customer service driven person. My son even thought she was amazing. His words: She’s really nice, kind, and she took care of us. Hands down will be back :) thank you guys!
The food was amazing! I will definitely be coming back.
I got the Cajan Collaboration and finished it with one of the best slices of pie I've ever had.
I cannot recommend this place enough.

Menu
Taste of Louisiana is a hidden gem serving delicious Louisiana-inspired cuisine. The chicken poboy is a highlight, with bread that holds up well to toppings and sauce. While fries may be average, the overall experience is elevated by the fun atmosphere, complete with live music. This restaurant is a must-visit, with some even calling it the best po'boy in the state.
The menu features amazing catfish and crawfish étouffée, fried in cornmeal and cooked to perfection. The food is flavorful and worth the stop, even for those with gluten-free dietary restrictions. The hours may be inconsistent, but the friendly staff is willing to help, and the food is consistently delicious. While the prices may be a bit higher, the fresh, made-to-order dishes make it worth every penny, even during busy times. The restaurant's dedication to customer service, with the ability to customize orders, adds to the overall positive experience.
