Came here for breakfast and really enjoyed my sandwich. I’m no bagel connoisseur, but I do like my bagels on the softer side, and this was not that. Other that, I’d eat here again.
The food was excellent as well as the service. I only give it four stars out of five because parking is fairly limited and there really isn’t much seating for people who want to eat at the establishment. I feel it’s more of a get your order to go kind of place. Nevertheless, I’d happily go back time and again.

Bagel Project has never been better! Baile is so kind and lovely in every way. I'm so happy for her long term success at the Bagel Project, it's well deserved. The bagel's flavor, texture, and consistency is unmatched! (There is another bagel place in town, and it was twice the price, but tastes of absolute shit.) There can be no old-world style bagel substitute in SLC!
