I stopped patronizing Caffe Ibis when they put up a sign saying "shoes required". There is no law that requires customers to wear shoes. There is no liability for a business from barefoot customers. I've dined barefoot in a Michelin 5 star restaurant, a palace, and a manor house. Caffe Ibis isn't fancier than those places.
Extremely slow service coupled with awful customer service is a receipt for a 1 star visit! Cashier seemed to simply hate her job. I almost felt bad because I was some how inconveniencing her for ordering!

We like to stop here when we walk at Liberty Park. We had the pineapple -cherry twist soft serve bowl which was delicious. It's our new favorite flavor.

Horrible customer service. Blonde girl with glasses had the worst attitude and acted like i shouldn't be there.. ordered a chicken Salad because it was the only thing they weren't out of at 10 am. It was gross and i ended up throwing it away. Why have a cafe if you're going to staff it with people who don't want to be there and have nothing a available on the menu at 10 am? I love the aviary and will continue to come here. Eat before you go, don't waste your money trying to eat here.

Cool spot right in Liberty Park. So they get bonus points for that.
But their coffee was terrible. Like so bad. Paint thinner bad.

Went here for lunch while in the park. The chicken sausage salad and baked potato chips are gluten free. Large portions and quite good. No other options, but easier than leaving the park and returning.
Dietary restrictions: The only gluten free option is the chicken sausage salad and Lays chips.

Waited about 25 minutes in line with only 3 people ahead of me, and then another 30 just to get one grilled cheese sandwich. Only good thing is the prices are very reasonable!

Came here on a mid Monday afternoon wanting to get some simple drinks with my partner. Was frustrated with the customer service when both the order doors were shut and we were actively ignored by the staff member at the order here section. We were the only ones at the cafe, it would've been different if it was busy. Barista didn't seem like they knew what they were doing in the slightest, and the only milk options available were soy milk and half and half. It's a fine cafe for being in the middle of a bird sanctuary, but I definitely wouldn't consider this a main attraction by any means. Save your time enjoying the rest of the sanctuary instead.

Good prices, awesome food, and a great stop while you are walking around the park. Julia and Dez are always so happy to help me out and make the perfect grilled cheese.
About 3 years ago i was at this park came with my 2 years old daughter to walk. My daughter was thirsty she ask for water went to the window asked for a cup of water the young lady said sorry you have to pay, of course I don’t mind to pay but my wallet was in my car all the way the other side of park I’m writing this even 3 years later just because whenever I remember this I feel sad and shame. I just can’t believe there’s humans like that. But the good thing is I learned a lesson now I own a small business I offer free water or other drinks to the all delivery people and for those customers who waiting for their to-go orders with NO charge :)

I’ve enjoyed the food in the past. This time I had the dole whip ice cream. I highly recommend as it is super affordable and super tasty. It’s awesome that you can access the cafe without entering the aviary. I will definitely be back and I recommend you try.
Kid-friendliness: Definitely kid friendly with proper seating and food options.
Parking: It’s located in the Tracy aviary and in liberty park. There is plenty of parking. And you can access the cafe without entering the Tracy aviary which is convenient.
Wheelchair accessibility: Tables and ordering window are easy access points.

First off, everyone that works here is fantastic! Always kind and helpful. The disappointment comes from them not having food options for vegans besides dole whip. Also it’s kind of dark that they are at an aviary, but have all sorts of bird based food options. You would think they would have more compassion towards the animals they care for there. The coffee is ok. Dole whip is great though I’ll give them that.

The wait was ridiculous!!!
A little misleading as you need a ticket to the aviary to access the lookout. Also, there's no bathrooms...
