Bartender girl kicked us out for no reason. Sold my husband four 12oz budweiser bottles and then called him rude for asking for more. Closed my tab and handed my card to him in a rude demeanor. We were just relaxing after a work week and playing pool. She seems bipolar, nice at one moment them mad the next. Kicked us out for no reason, I was jus starting to have fun and the DJ had just arrived.

Fun place with a fun crowd. The bar is not crowded so it's easy to get drinks from the friendly bartenders. The DJ is a bit loud so don't plan on a conversation without yelling. However I still really like this place!

I'm not a fan of this kind of flavor cuisine. BUT... You will love it if you love these flavors. Everyone in the dining room visibly enjoyed their meal. We were there for co-workers birthday. The wait staff were very attentive and friendly. The atmosphere is warm and inviting. We had the lunch buffet which was packed and replenished with fresh cooked food. I want to try Pani puri but they didn't offer it.

Last night was my first time going to this lounge, and honestly it was the worst customer service/atmosphere I have ever been in. The bartender with shoulder curly hair has the most disgusting attitude and presents herself very unprofessionally. The security who was dressed as a referee deserves a lawsuit for forcing us to open a bathroom stall, WHILE IT WAS BEING USED, for her to give us our tab (when there were two other people in our group out in the lounge who could’ve easily taken care of it). Those two ladies are so ugly inside and out and are a huge reason why I will never return here. To the owner, who was dressed as Hulk Hogan, you stood by and watched these people treat your customers this way and you didn’t care at all. As a general manager myself, you need to understand that this is the reason your lounge is empty on a Friday night. This business will not last another year before losing hundreds of thousands of dollars due to their lack of customer empathy and service. :) you guys are disgusting and disappointing. <3

We came sober and wanted beer + food but Nico declined us at the door saying, "we looked like kramer from seinfeld." and did not have any other excuse to not let us in. If anything he seemed intoxicated. ??
The Chakra Lounge finds the Chakra to my soul every weekend. Good music, good food, good people, and not to mention the drinks are priced great. Best bar in SLC.
