Santo Taco sits on the busy corner of State St and 400 S in Salt Lake City where there is energy all around. That energy continues through the doors of the bright and colorful party inside. I enjoyed the simplicity. Nothing fancy, just great food. I asked the counter to pick three tacos they recommend and they nailed it. Carne asada, birria and a shrimp taco that was incredible. Highly recommend for a quick stop when on foot in SLC.!

Tacos are delicious. I did fish and short rib. Minor complaint would be short rib should be cut as it's very difficult to eat. Otherwise I would recommend as the value is great and service was quick. There is seating available inside with a lot of drinks options that I forgot to take a photo of. Simple decor but comfortable enough for this type of joint.
