The most gawd awful food I've had in years. Ordered three appetizers, all three were cold, sent back, apparently set under a heat lamp for a while, then returned to us. Even with some warming, presentation was unappealing and taste was terrible.
Great food, friendly efficient server, and the atmosphere took my breath away. 1st time visit to this location and they blew us away! Shoutout kudos to Daniel (I hope that's his name) our server who made us feel important and ensured we had what we needed. Thank you!!
Great cheesecake. We ordered to go
Great food and excellent service! I've yet to order something that isn't delicious.
We used to like a veggie burger a lot but since 4-5 months they have changed veggie burger to veggie burger melt, which is not tasty at all. Burger bread is replaced by a thin slice of bread. Patty was not fried or crispy. So the change is very disappointing. In addition to that the price has also increased.

We waited over two hours for family to be seated together and were completely split up once seated. The manager, Patrick, was very unprofessional in the way we were treated.

The wait is always so long. We usually go somewhere else. We had a gift card, so we waited 35 minutes for a table for 2. The food was delicious. The server was good and there was no pressure to hurry.

Thanks for leaving my 80 year old mom sitting in a wheelchair for an extra hour because you forgot to write our name down. Also for zero effort to make it right once you discovered your error. Wake up!!!

Fantastic cheesecake, but I did not like the coffee. Atmosphere is top notch. Only had cheesecake and a big glass of milk 😋 the banana cream cheesecake was delicate and slightly sweet. The Adam's was perfecty peanut buttery. It's way better than a peanut butter cup.

For my wife’s birthday our daughter wanted to get our children and spouses together for dinner. She decided on a central location at The Cheesecake Factory downtown. First off, anywhere downtown the weekend before Christmas is destined for failure. Add a group of 10 to the list without a reservation and you’re just asking for trouble. The Cheesecake Factory confirmed my expectations. My wife and I arrived downtown first so we put our name in for a group of 10. They informed us that they can’t accommodate a group that large but they should be able to get us two tables together. After a two and a half hour wait they not only didn’t get us together, we weren’t even close! To be with the kids my wife and I split up. Just as they sat us two tables opened up the could be joined together. We asked if we could move. They told us no. There was really no reason why the switch couldn’t be made. I have never had a bad meal at the Factory except for this night. Don’t bother with the Bang, Bang Chicken and Shrimp. The only thing that saved it was lots of soy sauce. In the end, as always, the cheesecake is excellent. Sadly we had to order our cheesecake to go and ate it at the adjacent food court next door so we could all be together. Summary: Not a big fan of Cheesecake Factory today. Should have just gone to the food court to begin with.

Door dash pick up has you in a random back hall server station. Getting stepped on by employees, no one around to help or answer questions. Absolutely terrible experience
