The nicest CF we have ever been to. The very high ceilings and wait staff super personal.

I definitely miss the factory burrito, but the menu has some solid alternatives and the cheesecake is always delicious! The service is good, but because it's often busy, many servers don't have time to be as attentive. Expect a wait; I highly encourage making reservations before.

The food quality is really inconsistent. Sometimes the dishes taste great, and other times they are extremely average.

Horrible hygiene. I asked the server for a straw, and he pulled an unwrapped, dirty straw straight out of his apron pocket. He then tried to bring me another one wrapped in a napkin. Disgusting and unsanitary! If this is about 'saving the environment,' they should use wrapped paper or agave straws, or simply not offer them at all. Pocketing loose straws is just lazy and unacceptable

I know this is an absolute tourist trap - especially when they are busy and there is a long line.
BUT the food quality for the price is a really good value. I LOVE the Crispy Chicken Costolleta. If you can guarantee me the wait is under 10 minutes, I love to come here.
The problem is - if you don't know what you want, you might doom scroll on the menu forever since there are like 100+ dishes.

Really disappointed. After being seated, we waited over an hour and 20 minutes for food. We actually waited over 20 minutes just to get bread. When the food came out, it wasn’t right, it was cold. The salads weren’t even brought out and when they were finally brought out after we asked for them, the wrong dressing was put on them. The whole night was quite honestly an absolute joke by this cheesecake factory.. when we mentioned it to the waiter, they come to my wife’s dinner, but not our friends or mine. When I called the following day to talk to Rob, the manager, he refused to do anything. He’s currently inadequate as a manager and should not be managing something as prestigious as a cheesecake factory when he has no ability to deal with situations.

Still all homemade from scratch. As long as they're not out of your favorites. Still overpriced. We like the original recipe for strawberry shortcake. 🍓 Please change it back.

Love cheesecake, but the bread was flakey and dry. So sad for what could have been.
I got the vegan cobb salad to go. Once I opened it it smelled so rancid, and it was the beans. They were rotten. Someone nearby commented on the smell. I had already walked back to my event and couldn't go back to return it. It was $18 for a small rotten salad.

Had a reservation for 730 tonight. They got us right in when we got there a hour ahead of time with was wonderful. We sat and waited awhile for our waiter to come, and every time he came it was at least 20 to 25 min before he would come back. We only got 1 drink refill the entire time and the quality of the food was not as good as in the past that we have been there. We were a family of 6 and it was a little busy so I understand the little attention sometimes but this lack of attention was bad.
