I don’t ever do this such as write a bad review but this time I need too unfortunately. I had an awful experience last night 9/23/2025 Me and my friend decided to have dinner and we got in and sat down . It took the waiter about 20 min to bring us water which I understand the place looked busy but He was not having it . We ordered our food I did the Shrimp and chicken gumbo and my friend she did Jamaican black pepper chicken and shrimp. Our glasses of water were empty and the waiter didn’t care at all , came by the next table to us but not ours , when food came in we completely ignored the rest of the previous service . I had the first bite and than as am getting to my second a curly huge hair is on it , I immediately felt sick to my stomach, a different waiter was around cause apparently our waiter was bartending and attending other ppl he immediately said let me get you the manager. She didn’t show up but our waiter did and he was so rude with his tone of voice and body language and said . WHERE IS IT ? as I was showing him the hair rudely again said .DO YOU WANT ANOTHER ONE? I said I’m ok took the plate and never came back. I had to leave my table and going a search for a manager and when I was expressing my frustration to her she was very nice and apologetic but ppl should not be treated the way we did , no one should . My best friend she got sick after the food and since she’s a nurse today at her clinic found out had food poisoning. Not a great experience. Just my opinion It’s nothing wrong to take a step back or day off if you are not in your right space of mind to work in the industry you do . If he would of been more polite maybe I wouldn’t even write this . Very disappointed and I know for a restaurant chain like this a loss of 2 customers it might not be a big deal but for me it is . Never going back 😞

The food was just okay. Nothing spectacular. Friend I was with ordered something that she always ordered. But it wasn't to the standards of what she had in the past.

Food was cold, table was dirty, when we were seated, they had to remove a plate of food from the bench which was dirty also, no knives. Service was mediocre. I love the Cheesecake Factory and this was a very disappointing experience. Could never recommend this location.

After a long hot day, the sweet treat of our favorite cheesecake flavor makes everything better. The cheesecakes always have great texture and flavor. The variety of colors complement the flavors. On this particular visit we got a Pineapple Upside Down and Vanilla Bean. Both were equally delicious.
