I’ve been a loyal customer of The Honeysuckle Café for over 6 years and always recommended it to friends and visitors. Unfortunately, my first visit to the Salt Lake location was very disappointing. The latte and cappuccino tasted like plain milk even with two shots, and when I explained the issue, the response was simply, “That’s the procedure, don’t drink it then.” Very unlike the great service and quality I’ve always known from Honeysuckle. Truly disappointing.
Cute coffee shop on Main Street in the southern part of SLC. I love how it’s in a not-so-busy part of the city. It has a cozy, warm, but modern feel on the inside.
The coffee was great! I got an iced americano and have no complaints. We also got a sourdough donut that was really yummy. I love anything sourdough! This is a great place to sit back and relax with a nice drink, hangout with friends and family, and so it all in more of a quiet but fun environment.

A broken coffee machine? That happens. But refusing to serve a regular customer their usual drip coffee — even though it was already prepared — just because management ordered the café to close because machine is broken? That I can’t understand. This question is for the owner, not the staff.

Delicious
Friendly staff, awesome cold brew, and incredible sourdough everything bagel with lots of delicious cream cheese✨
I enjoyed the gluten free frittata but the internet was very heavily filtered to the point I wasn't able to get much work done. Very legitimate websites like GitHub are blocked and forget any kind of software engineering work like ssh.
Amazing, great little spot. Fantastic avocado toast.

Such good coffee! The shot they poured was pefect (and not burned like others I've had lately) and i was so happy. The salted chocolate chip cookie (vegan) and avocado toast were delicious. Adorable and cozy inside. I will be back!

Barista refused my simple request for breast milk, despite the fact she was obviously pregnant and the baby doesn’t need all the milk.
Cozy atmosphere and wonderful food! The avocado toast was delicious and their hot chocolate was to die for.

I’m an admitted Pour over and Espresso nerd, and I love a good specialty shop.
This place delivers! Multiple espresso shot options, and multiple pour over options available - clearly they’re coffee nerds too!
Spro perfectly dialed - almost shockingly perfect. I got the Rwanda washed on my visit.
The pour over was an Ecuador washed, and they nailed that as well. Grabbed a couple bags of local beans, and headed out to face the world with a little more pep in my step. 10/10 would recommend for coffee peeps. Didn’t grab any food, but it looked top shelf. Lots of sweets and savorys to pick from. Cool atmosphere to boot.

I'm glad to see these guys are expanding. This is exactly what an independent coffee shop should be.
