Highly recommend, beyond happy. I was in desperate need to find a place to cater Scandinavian inspired food for a memorial. From the first time I called with my request I knew I had found the right place! Staff were friendly and knowledgeable and the end result surpassed my expectations. Thank you all for sharing your knowledge and expertise. Side note- I’ve never liked sauerkraut. Their homemade version has made me a fan!! Please visit this gem, worth it!!

Used to be a good place to get unique Dutch items. Shop Amazon now for better variety.

I’ve been a loyal customer of this fantastic deli shop specializing in Dutch, German, and Scandinavian eats and treats, and every visit is delightfully yummy. Today was extra special—We indulged in the Vinnea and Sharon Special, which featured a mouthwatering liverwurst. And today, I learned the difference between fine and coarse liverwurst; trust me, the fine version is in a league of its own!

The shop itself is a treasure trove of authentic finds. Whether you’re in the mood for decadent chocolates, cake mixes to try baking, hearty German rye bread, or even my favorite—the German potato salad—this place has it all. The curated selection truly fits my need for European flavors.

I’ve also relied on this deli for my catering needs several times, and each experience has been on point. Their catering spread, featuring dishes like red cabbage, a refreshing cucumber salad, and a fantastic meat and cheese tray, never fails to impress. A special shout-out goes to Katie, who is always helpful and meticulous in organizing my orders perfectly.

This deli shop is an absolute must-visit if you’re looking for genuine European flavors paired with exceptional service. I can’t recommend it enough!

We've been getting our Christmas sausages here for 3 years. Last year they switched their weisswurst to pork and didn't tell me until this year when i tried order and brought up that they wernt quite right last time. so instead of getting my usual veal sausages I got pork instead and I'm pretty disappointed about it. I understand that veal is expensive but the point is to pass that price on to your customers. I know veal is expensive and was prepared to pay for it. It's not weisswurst if it's not veal, and their lack of communication with me was disappointing. It's a good thing I'm not kosher or halal. I had to go somewhere else and that sucks cause I really liked this place.

It's very small and can get very crowded, especially when sinderklause comes. Over all a great fun environment. I was able to learn alot about my grandparents and what they grew up on when they lived in Holland.

My Grandma is Dutch and ever since I can remember, Dutch licorice has been my favorite candy. There are very few places to buy it, but this place generally has a good selection. Their sandwiches and other food options are also very delicious and authentic tastes of my grandparents home growing up.

Had an entire pint of the Dutch split pea soup, it was that good. The Stockholm sandwich was also amazing. Not going to find lingonberry’s on a sandwich very often.

The sandwich I had was good, but a bit expensive. Service was excellent. I got some meat and sauerkraut to go. The wieners and braunschweiger were good. The sauerkraut was just okay. It was too sour and was lacking any flavor besides sauerkraut.

Update: the braunschweiger and wieners were spoiled after three days in my fridge.
