The Old Spaghetti Factory

We can only recommend this cute, good food restaurant. All the food is made in house sauces and the different pastas. The salad dressings are also made in house.
The service was amazing. The staff is friendly, always smiling and very attentive. Thank you, Amy, you are great. The general manager Jim is checking on guests and I’d super friendly. We had a great conversation and we will be back.
If you are looking for a sweet place for a party or just a romantic dinner for two, look no further. You’d love it.

It has been over 15 years since I had visited this establishmen. My wife and I stopped in for dinner tonight and the service was simply amazing (thank you Amy), the food was outstanding and we had the opportunity to visit at the end of our meal, with Jim the General Manager. Every aspect of our experience was really great. We’re thinking of going back again tomorrow. We go out at least once a week for dinner and try different places. This was the best yet!

My wife and I heard about this restaurant and we decided to stop in for dinner. We enjoyed the atmosphere, food and service. We would recommend this place for a good meal.

The spaghetti and salad w/ pesto dressing is amazing. Good service and fun atmosphere.

Do not order the Mizithra Cheese & Browned Butter
I am still processing the question as to why this would be considered their signature dish, or “what we’re famous for” as stated to us.
It is a plate with buttered spaghetti noodles with minimal cheese sprinkled on top… selling for $18.25…
I will say their garlic cheese bread as well as their sauces are phenomenal. The main courses were mediocre at best. We did not ask for boxes.

Stick with the mazithra and you're set for a good meal

We stopped for a quick lunch. Trolly Square has all of the restaurants on the first floor. Old Spaghetti Factory was where we chose. Had excellent service and great food

Delicious food waitress was very attentive really good experience!

All the food is average. I don't think I would want to visit again because I thought it was particularly delicious.

Dawn is a wonderful server. Super fast and savvy and fun, and she helped us get the perfect meal. This was the first time I came here, and the ranch dressing was wonderful, and chicken fettuccine was very yummy (and not fried) and was enough for 2 dinners! The minestroni and the spumoni were also very good. And trolley square is a lot of fun. I love the shops surrounding this location, and it isn't far from the U of U medical locations. And Dawn was so great, we will ask for her section next time.

The spot for big family get together's if you don't want to break the bank. The misithra cheese spaghetti, is unique and my favorite spaghetti ever. Desert is included spumoni or vanilla ice cream. And the servers are quick and nice though they have a lot of people and tables so water refills can be a bit slow but for what you pay it is a great place for a romantic dinner or a family get-together.

Kid-friendliness: Definitely a spot for kids, you will be separated slightly from the couples dining area which I prefer it means the kids can be kids and couples don't have to hear them as much.

Wheelchair accessibility: There is elevator access to the upstairs and no steps or large bumps in the flooring to impede wheelchairs.

The food here is actually pretty good. I love that they give you the glass that your drinks comes in as a keepsake.
