The Old Spaghetti Factory

All the food is average. I don't think I would want to visit again because I thought it was particularly delicious.
Family gatherings, family visits when someone in the family has a birthday
restaurant.
I don't know if it's just this day, but the food came out too late.

Dawn is a wonderful server. Super fast and savvy and fun, and she helped us get the perfect meal. This was the first time I came here, and the ranch dressing was wonderful, and chicken fettuccine was very yummy (and not fried) and was enough for 2 dinners! The minestroni and the spumoni were also very good. And trolley square is a lot of fun. I love the shops surrounding this location, and it isn't far from the U of U medical locations. And Dawn was so great, we will ask for her section next time.

Special place with a tram train in the middle of the restaurant. Very good value for money and very good service

The spot for big family get together's if you don't want to break the bank. The misithra cheese spaghetti, is unique and my favorite spaghetti ever. Desert is included spumoni or vanilla ice cream. And the servers are quick and nice though they have a lot of people and tables so water refills can be a bit slow but for what you pay it is a great place for a romantic dinner or a family get-together.

Kid-friendliness: Definitely a spot for kids, you will be separated slightly from the couples dining area which I prefer it means the kids can be kids and couples don't have to hear them as much.

Wheelchair accessibility: There is elevator access to the upstairs and no steps or large bumps in the flooring to impede wheelchairs.

Food was exceptional, My chicken marsala was delicious, I only wished they had given me more pasta with my chicken seemed a little bit expensive for the portion size but it was very delicious.
our waiter seemed like maybe he had barely started waiting, he did pretty good even though he did not seem very versed in waiting. Forgot a couple things and came back and gave them to us and apologized. Because we had kind of a big group they sat us at a table that was more like a walking path to other places which I did not think was very ideal but worked, Overall it was a good meal and a good time.

I’ve been to several OSF’s, the food here is cheap and does not taste like authentic OSF. From the ranch to the bread, terrible.

Came with a big group this week, was looking forward to it. But the plate of spaghetti I ordered was the worst I have ever had! No flavor and the meat in the no flavor sauce was mashed up so fine you could hardly tl it was meat. Me and several others who ordered that left 3/4 of it on the plate. Very disappointed!

The place has excellent service, although the hostess gave me the worst position just because I was alone and the place was literally empty. That seemed a little strange to me.

Otherwise the food and the waitress were good. He attended to my needs quickly and did it super well!

The food was good. When he asked me if I wanted bread, I wasn't expecting such a big loaf. The truth is that they serve a lot in food. But everything else was fine.

The restaurant is inside a shopping center.
