Lovely bites with a kick. A unique seasonal menu of tea cocktails that were an absolute hit. A cozy spot with fun decor and kind staff. Excited to return to try something new!

Great food try the wings! I misgendered one of the staff in the bathroom and am embarrassed about it To be fair they looked up while washing their hands and I panic when people acknowledge my existence.

Absolutely loved this place, very beautiful. The food is phenomenal here. My husband got the pork belly bowl - meat was very good, in all very flavorful and filling. I got the vegan mushroom banh mi with papaya salad - extremely flavorful as well. Maybe the best banh mi I have ever had. The papaya salad is also great, loved the peanuts and fried onions in it.

The drinks were all good too. My husband got one of their seasonal cocktail and ginger sumac cider and I got their ca phe.

Definitely ask for their house made chilli crisps! It is heavenly!

I love The Pearl! It’s one of my favorite restaurants in salt lake. I’ve brought so many friends here and even came here to celebrate my birthday this year. The vibes are a 10. The food is amazing, the drinks are fantastic and all the staff is very easy going and efficient.

Don’t skip on: Ca Phe and Mussels

First time trying out The Pearl, and I’m so glad we did! Their menu has grown much more since they opened and I’m glad we were able to get a table as a walk in. The staff was very kind and welcoming and the restaurant was clean.

We ordered a few dishes to share as a table:

Wings - Fish Sauce and Thai Peanut - what a great deal on a Wednesday! They had $6 wings (6 pieces) and they came out so crunchy and fresh.

Banh Mi - $16- Lemongrass Pork with all the fixings. My *only* complaint is that they didn’t have patê, but it was still a very flavorful sandwich

Blue Mussels and Toast- $32 - I’m pretty sure they put something magical in the sauce. It was SO incredibly delicious! The mussels come with toast and I ended up dipping everything I could in it, including the shrimp chips that came with the banh mi.

Grilled Lemongrass Pork- $28 - I always hesitate when it comes to whole pork chops, restaurants never seem to get it right, but the Pearl did fantastic. The pork chop had lovely grill marks and you can smell the char, and the meat was moist and tender ✅✅✅. Lastly, the relish that it came with was… different, but it really surprised me how good it ended up tasting!

Vermicelli Bowl - standard, but good. Probably wouldn’t order again for $17

Ca Phe - $14 - I LOVE Vietnamese coffee and this cocktail made me love it even more!
A bit on the high end for a cocktail, but it was delicious!

Pear Bear - $12 - the perfect drink for summer! Light and crisp!

We also had mocktails at our table - no idea what they were since it was Bartender’s choice, but they were good!

Would definitely go back again to try other items. Highly recommended!!

Stopped here for a quick lunch - food was delicious and fresh. I would return if in the area again and recommend giving them a try if you like Vietnamese food. It is 21+ as it is classified as a Bar.

I have always enjoyed popping into The Pearl for a bite and a drink at the bar. Excellent cocktails and some of my favorite dishes in town (specifically, mushrooms and greens). I recently hosted a mid-size birthday party there (40-ish people coming in and out) and they made it so easy, charming, and delicious. HIGHLY recommend for a patio gathering and always lovely for a solo or little date night too.
