UGC Urban Gyro & Chicken

Saw this place on Instagram and couldn't resist trying it. AHHHHMAZING I had the chicken platter and my husband had the Philly. Holy crap. BEST philly we ever had and the chicken was so tender.
I hope more people find out about this place!

I will be thinking about this meal for a long time. The wife and I got a gyro, Philly cheese steak and fries. The flavors were so good. It’s not your typical gyro with tzatziki sauce. And the Philly is not purely American style either. Both sandwiches tasted like the meats were seasoned with flavors I associate more with Indian food, but they said it was just Greek. Either way, IT WAS SO GOOD! If you can’t handle spice, ask for no spice, cause it comes a bit spicy. The fries remind me of the McDonalds cut, and all the food came out HOT which I appreciate.

A group of us dined here before a play. We all enjoyed our dishes. Some had the platters, I had the chicken Philly. I really enjoyed it.
For those who don’t like a little spice to their food, not recommended. It wasn’t extremely spicy, it had just enough for flavor. I will dine there again

One of the best gyros I've tried in Utah!

This was my first time eating here and it was awesome! The food was delicious. The staff was friendly and courteous. Great place to eat. Especially if you are heading to Eccles Theater for a so or shopping at city creek. I highly recommend that you give UGC Urban Gyro's a try.

Finally, a place in SLC that does gyros right and with a cool Indian twist! The food was fresh and full of flavor. Dine-in could definitely use some improvement, but honestly, the food was so good I didn’t mind much.

Had the chicken and falafel platters before a show at the Eccles. Perfect pre-show meal. Light, fresh, and super tasty.
