Great beer selection. A little busy, but great service.

Super poor service and lack of customer service. Waited over 15 minutes for my beer.

Clean and chill atmosphere with a rounded menu. Emily was super polite and personable. I placed my order online but the contact while handing my drink made the experience exponentially better. It’d the little things.

Great beer at an amazing price, especially for an airport ($6 for a pint of craft beer). Server barely spoke English and was rude. The worst was the $15 grilled cheese, literally one slice of prepackaged processed American cheese food, a slice of tomato, a slice of Swiss (maybe?) on rock hard white toast. Will definitely be back for the beer. Writing this to remind myself to get my food elsewhere.

Apparently they've turned into domino's 30 minutes or less . lol . Ordered appetizer and drinks. went to order more drinks tab closed , 31 minutes . even though it took 10 plus to get drinks and food . added 20 % gratuity and told mexto re order .I would have to start a new tab . this place sucks .want everything through app . Don't go there !

Airport location- Amee is the best server, however even her service level doesn’t make up for mediocre food (even for an airport location restaurant). Ordered the grilled chicken breast with cheese, bacon and avocado. The chicken was room temperature, the cheese was room temperature, and therefore not melted on the sandwich. The fries were definitely double fried and also at room temperature. Food very lackluster. If I was ever in Salt Lake City airport again, I would definitely try another restaurant

Enjoyed the beer. Burger was tasty, simple. The good service made the meal enjoyable.

Trying to decide if staying hungry was a better idea.

The first wedge salad we were sold was frozen and brown. Luckily we were still waiting for our flight and took it back. The second one was still as bad. The turkey sandwich was sad, made on wonder bread with one slice of turkey. The fries were old, mushy and cold. It’s so sad. I expected more.

I’m sorry but when you’re slow it shouldn’t take 20 minutes for cheese curds….. almost missed my flight and left with no food! Also self checkout kiosk was running especially slow!

This place has horrible service wish I could get my money back. Forgot my sides and then whe. They got them they came out cold. Got a burger asked for no cheese all the gave me is a bunch a burger and lettuce bo sauce and nothing else on it and it was burnt and cold. Save you money and go somewhere else. Sad to pay a lot of money for incorrect and cold food.

Sadness. I was expecting something more from a $17 chicken caesar salad -- even if it was just a little more lettuce. I should have read the reviews 😞

I attempted to use the kiosk to order food at the SLC airport. The kiosk malfunctioned and instead of taking my credit card, it kept going back to the beginning of the ordering process. I was unsure if my order had gone through. I asked the wait person taking care of the kiosk orders if she could check. Ten minutes later, after walking around me at least 6 times, I was finally told they didn’t have my order.
There were a lot of frustrated customers waiting too long for their orders here, afraid they’d miss their flights. I’d skip this place.

I ordered the grilled cheese that is to come with tomato soup and fries per the menu. It did not come with the tomato soup because when I told waitress I wanted fries, she said they would need to be in substitution of the soup. Adding bacon to the sandwich per the menu is three dollars. I got the receipt. It was four dollars. These changes would be OK if the waitress would’ve been willing to take care of it by getting the manager or adjusting the ticket but she just blew it off as not her problem. Food was not good. See attached photo of menu clearly stating grill cheese and tomato soup comes with fries.
