I'm talking one of those little 1-2 oz sauce containers full for a half pound vegan meat and veggies. Had to eat what I could, put my lid on my takeout container and put it in the fridge and wait until the next day to eat it, when I was able to buy some vegan ranch from the grocery store. Luckily all I needed to do was pop the little metal container in the oven and my wings were truly delicious, but I am physically incapable of eating wings without ranch. Whack. Was a Doordash order. Now I know, but first time orderers aren't gonna know. Delicious otherwise.

Every once in a while, the stars align and me and my boyfriend, who both work night shifts and live 20 minutes away, have the same night off and vegan daddy is also open. We take every opportunity we can to have our dinner date here. The vibes are great, the food is insanely amazing, my non-veg boyfriend is thoroughly impressed with everything he gets. My only wish is it was more convenient to my location so I could go more often, just replace every arby’s location please this food is so much better.

I’m happy to have found this gem! I believe I spoke to the owner who was so considerate to take my order over the phone. I was told that I’d avoid spending more from ordering online. That was nice to hear not only a hectic day, but overall future orders! I picked up my food and it was still hot and fresh! I really enjoyed the poutine fries with my buffalo chik’n sandwich and I’m excited to try more!
Our family frequents plant-based restaurants in the area but hadn't made it over to Vegan Daddy until now, and we're glad we did. I got the special, which was a mango habanero chikn sandwich that had slaw and a pineapple ring on it. We also got the Daddy Bucket and the 2 for $10 Varby's Jr. My sandwich was spicy and delicious, and we loved the Varby's Jr., too. The Daddy Bucket is actually a pretty good deal for $20 to share, has quite a lot of chikn strips and fries, and it comes with ranch and a choice of other sauce (we chose Carolina gold). The meat substitute in my sandwich and the chikn strips was a dense seitan/wheat gluten type of meat. We prefer the more tender version of wheat meat we've tried but enjoyed these nonetheless. The Varby's meat was softer, juicy, and very good with the cheesy and Varby's sauces. Our wait was a little longer than expected, but we were hungry with an energetic toddler, and the service was good and kind. I included a couple pictures of the location itself so you can get a little idea of what it looks like. Overall, it was a fun meal for us that we enjoyed, and we'll be back to try other things.

SUPER CUTE SPOT!! I got poutine fries and I was so impressed!! As a non-vegan, I truly have no notes. I came in today and the service was soo friendly and the food was fresh. The price is pretty standard for SLC, but not bad at all. My meal with a can of soda was $11 before tip.Vegetarian options: The place is both vegan and WELL SEASONED. It’s not just an “obligatory vegetarian salad” deal at all. Very delicious!

I drove by one day on my way home. I took note of it, looked at the menu and thought, I will have to try that place one day. Today was the day, and let me tell you, I cannot wait to go back. I got the Vings and Fries with BBQ sauce and let me tell you. It was so tasty! It filled me up quickly! I got to visit with the owner for a moment and he was so kind! I wish this pace was closer to me, but it’s ok. I know of it now and look forward to returning. Give it a try, it was AMAZING!!!!!

I was asked when placing a to-go order how long it would be until I got there. I really appreciate the thoughtfulness in making the food fresh for when I got there to pick it up. The food was super fresh, and I highly recommend people come here to support them. I also highly recommend the VFC Bowl if you come here. Vegan Daddy is my new Vegan Daddy. Everything was fantastic. The onion rings and corn dog didn't last long enough to take a photo. Mac and Cheese was tasty, not too heavy and delicious with Jalapenos. The Broccoli with Cheese was equally tasty. My husband loved the Beef and Cheddar sandwich. New favorite in salt lake for sure.
